Towel is smelly, uncertain if got replace or not, stained carpet. Receptionist is very polite

Perfect for a short layover at Frankfurt airport. Nice hot showers, working AC, shuttle service to and fro from the airport (subject to certain timings). Exactly what we needed!

It was a very bad trip.
I forgot two toys and two sets of make-up on the table near the window in the hotel and they all had brand new labels. But when I tried to enquire if the styles hotel had seen the forgotten items, they surprisingly gave feedback that they hadn't found anything; this is irresponsible and unprofessional hotel that should at least be proactive in informing them of the missing items. Makes me start to wonder if Germany might not be as good as the reviews on the internet.

위치 시설 서비스 모두 만족하였으나, 호텔 셔틀 등의 정보가 사전 질의한 것과 다르고, 업데이트되지 않아서 불편을 겪었습니다. 그 외 나머지는 모두 만족합니다. 공항 근처의 숙박으로 추천합니다.

Posizione vicina solo ad aereoporto , tutto il resto distante !
Pulizia impeccabile solo che in 3 giorni non hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola e asciugamani, per il resto staff cordiale

Das Hotel ist in der Nähe vom Flughafen und dadurch gerade für Flugreisende ideal.
Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte eine gute Ausstattung.
