Ares City Hotel

This is without doubt the worst hotel ever, room was filthy (only 1 cleaner for 74 rooms) food disgusting salads out non chilled in no acon dining room, no free WiFi as stated in brochure, the bar only serves wine, it was supposed to be All inclusive, don't go anywhere near this so called Hotel !!!!!!?

Arrived at this so called hotel at approx 10.40 at night after being dumped by my transfer who demanded a tip..! Reception had no receptionist only a couple of people with cases an a load of food on the reception desk. Finally some little chap.arrived an proceed to ask what was I doing there by way of shrugging his shoulders an waving his arms. I said I need to book into my room. 5 mins 5 mins...those 5 mins became over an hour before I was finally taken to room 510 which I got to via a rusty small spiral staircase. I was given the key then told no electricity. I just wanted to sleep but made my feelings know. I went to bed I couldn't see the cleanliness of the room or take pictures as my phone had died an I couldn't charge it. At 1.40 in the morning I had a banging on the door by 2 males asking me for my passport for them to photograph. That went down like a lead balloon as I couldn't find it in the dark anyway so I said I would see them the following morning. I was awake early no sound of people an the hotel looked like it was shut. I went to the pool and was told I need to pack as I was going to another hotel. I hadn't eaten for over 20hrs but there was nothing to eat or drink at this ALL INCLUSIVE. I packed within minutes an then was plonked in an adhoc taxi /friend of hotel an taken to Ares Dream hotel which is another story altogether. I have no pictures of this dump of a hotel but it had the look of a closed hotel an not cared for. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place and they are false advertising as the pictures must be years old because it looks nothing like the pictures on the site. I do however have pictures of the next installment of the Ares Dream (nitemare) hotel.

The ares city hotel was suppose to be all inclusive yes the food was but not much more their was no bar to speak of and only had wine no spirits or beer their was no after dinner entertainment or music but staff played music through their phones most was mood music i heard the same song 16 to 20 times in a row the hotel is in the russian area of kemer were staff spoke russian and turkish which ment communication was difficult the tour rep came in only once to promote what tours they could sell their was 2 power cuts in a row as well which ment getting to my room was tricky as their was no emergncy lighting the food was mainly the same if their is no disabled access avalable and for taller people to watch their heads as the stair cases arent the same height and more toilet facilities need to be added a staff overhaul needs to be done

Everywhere disgusting and dirty cannot be called a hotel more like a hostel. All inclusive what a joke food inedible the wild cats that drink from the pool won’t eat the food. No beer just warm wine. Don’t book here🤬. Also was charged for toilet roll none in room on arrival. Do not stay

Hotel was very basic, air con in room was good, pool area lovely, staff were friendly enough, food was ok but monotonous but the rooms could have been cleaner, there was no option for a safe deposit box, the all inclusive offer is strange, 3 meals a day that as said are ok but it’s the same food most meals and the bar isn’t always staffed and the choice is extremely limited, the only alcohol available is wine, no beer and no spirits, the soft drinks regularly ran out and the plastic cups used to serve all drinks were often dirty! There is no room cleaning, you have to ask at reception should you need clean towels or more toilet roll! Calling this hotel 3 stars is a massive stretch! Luckily the location is great and there are several great places to eat nearby for when you get bored of the food!

Such a Beautiful Hotel if you looking for the real Turkish Culture, Very Close to all amenities. The food was Amazing especially the Turkish Rice was my favourite. I would Recommend going the Turkish Spa absolutely an amazing experience me and my girlfriend loved it and very reasonable prices. The pool was nice. Very chilled out atmosphere They also have a fridge near bar where they kindly let you have access too. 10mins walk to a stunning beach Loads of options of excursions at very cheap prices from hotel reception if you ask they will be more than happy to help overall I will give it 5stars ***** definitely recommend this hotel and I will be coming back. BAD POINTS They don’t have HD TV 📺 But me and my girlfriend was never in room anyways to be watching tv there was so much to do Hope this help

Very nice big pool and pretty atmosphere. rooms are indeed outdated and its a bit noisy because it is cold with the aircon but too hot with closed window/balcony door in september. Food is good aswell, you will wait gor every mealtime. Overall it was a good stay, the beach is just about 7mins walk away down the street, just dont forget that the beach is rocky and you need water sandals

Hotel was a little dated but our ground floor room was clean and we had everything we wanted. The staff were very helpful at all times. Meals a little repetitive but always something there to be had every day. Pool is lovely too. Thankyou to all the staff for making our holiday a great one. Would definitely return

Сегодня прилетели с этого отеля, летаем туда не первый раз. Еда однотипная но голодным не будешь, из фруктов арбуз, яблоки и апельсины. В паре есть прохладительные напитки из алко только белое и красное вино. Комнаты простые но уютные. Персонал добрый, но по русски почти не говорят. На ресепшен сидит Омар, работает с утра до вечера очень приветливый, отзывчивы, позитивный, ответственный. До моря на городском пляже 10 минут, есть еще собственный в 30 минутах ходьбы от отеля. На нем есть лежаки, бар (но там все платно). Пляж называется веранда бич. Так же если вы остановились в ares city, вы можете ходить в ares dream 4* это их второй отель. Там поинтереснее, вечером анимация. Очень нравится отель, советую!
