L'Ancora Beach Hotel

Отдыхали в отеле 3 ночи и рады, что не остались на более длительное время. Отель скорее 3* и вот почему: 1. Персонал. С самого начала охранник не пускал меня в отель на заселение, потому что я пришла без чемодана и браслета, что в его мире было просто невозможно. Говорил он только по турецки, нам было никак не разрешить ситуацию, пока не помог какой то и англо и турецко говорящий мужчина. Далее, сразу после регистрации нас поймал зазывала в местный хамам то лм Руслан, то ли Рустэм. Подобно банному листу он не давал прохода все дни проживания, один раз нам пришлось зайти с ним в хамам, так как там выдают пляжные полотенца, и он не давал их нам и не выпускал, пока мы не забронируем хамам. Когда мы уже решили, что полежим лучше на своих полотенцах, он соизволил дать нам отельные. Далее при каждой встрече спрашивал когда придём и в последний день отпускал комментарии типа «А чего вы там мало денег с собой взяли». Очень мерзкий тип, после общения с ним никакой Хамам не захочешь. Далее: горничные. У нас всегда висела на двери ярлык «Не беспокоишь», но это не помешало им сделать 3 стука и вломиться в комнату к нам дважды, один раз днём, а второй раз в 9 утра. Оба раза мы спали, отличное пробуждение. 2. Еда. Из-за ковида шведский стол с выдачей. Мало того, что еда объективно не очень вкусная, так за ней ещё надо простоять в очереди в каждый «прилавок». В итоге каждый приём пищи ты стоишь в 2-3х очередях с тарелкой, за как пайком. Алкоголь наливают в маленькие стаканчики по половине, в итоге тебе приходится постоянно ходить к бару и стоять в очереди. Просила наливать полный бокал вина, бармен пробормотал какой то комментарий на это, больше просить не стала. 3. Развлечения. После 21 каждый вечер была живая музыка. Вечеринки для тех, кому за 50. 4. Пляж. Пляж хороший, лежаки всегда можно найти, море чистое и тёплое. На пляже бар за отдельную плату. Итог: над сервисом и гостеприимством особо не заморачиваются. В остальном, за свои деньги, отель как отель. Но больше мы туда не приехали бы.

Aidana and Dinara were really nice staff, i would love to visit kemer and lancora again. We were writing a thesis and relaxing and there were nice facilities for both of these activities. Leimar had nice presents for our family and it was not expensive.

Great value for the price, very tasty food, it was different everyday so it didn't get boring, perfect location, staff was helpful and nice, a little bit of green teritorym garden, although rooms could be cleaner. I also liked the hotel SPA we got the Turkish hamam and massage for a great price, the SPA girl Aidana was very nice and friendly! Overall, a great stay, would come here again :)

First i want to say,that Turkey is my favorite country and my second home. In Turkey i spend holiday more than 11 years. In lancora beach already i was 20 times.Very nice hotel, very good staff. Thank you all for your care and attention. Just wonderful hotel, wonderful peoples. The best place ever. Always i am in Lancora beach 2 times per year.In June and September.Next year i will be again.I want to say thanks the night manager SELAMI the most. Iam happy that i met this person. Thanks Selami for everything. I was safe and it was a wonderful holiday. We will meet next year. Imiss you so much. SARILMAK.

We had a lovely break. The staff were all helpful especially the lovely lads that worked round the bar. They didn't speak English as it is a mainly Russian resort but they did their best. The food was lovely but I did struggle as intolerant to wheat & they didn't really seen to cater for that. Luckily there was enough food for me to choose from but if my problems with wheat had been worse it would have scared me. I didn't like the way the sunbeds were laid out as it was hard to get in the sun, but alot of the hotels along that stretch of beach were laid out much the same. If English please be prepared as it is a mainly Russian resort & they are so different to us & seemed cold to us & the staff that worked so hard. But we are known for being a very polite nation & the staff really appreciated our smiles & thank you. Love the way the Turkish look after their cats, so spent alot of in the outdoor lounge area watching the kittens. This was a lovely place to chill as the garden is lovely.

Thanks to all the hotel staff, wonderful people, efforts, smiles. Sincere thanks to the restaurant staff, hugs to all! Thank you for that work, for us! Room management without complaints. We are here for the second time in the same season, we will come again. Love ❤️

The best place ever !!!!We stayed with our friends in L'ANcora Beach hotel in September 2023. Friendly staff.... esp barmen in the bar Barossa who did fire show in the evening.:) Big variety of food, snack bar, Caffè. Nice lounge music, dj every evening. Beach is 1 min from hotel. We had comfort room with stunning mountains' view. Room wasn't very big actually but cleaning was done every day with changing of towels and beddings. There is a massage available there and shop where you can buy turkish cosmetics. Also there is nice good people Irina and a guy from Baku who are advertising leather, very friendly and positive. We had a lovely time there. RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!!!!!

So initially the hotel looks great from outside, inside is nice. Staff cant speak much english at all, we had to use translate to check in. Our room was pretty small, we was offered an upgrade for 10 euor per day but we decided to stay with the room as we had unpacked ect. The aircon works, fridge in room, hairdryer, bed is comfortable and room was overall clean just bit small. The pools are pretty pointless, the one in the middle of the hotel was not used once whilst we was here and the one on the outside is very small, not in the sun and freezing. But guess it just makes the hotel sound good by saying they have pool. The beach is nice, rock beach so definitely wear shoes to the sea, majority of the sun beds are shaded which was disappointing. Sunbeds in the sun are limited so i would go out a bit earlier to reserve these if you want a tan. The food was good, good variety and there is normally so sort of food all day long. There is a McDonalds, subway, startbucks ect right next to hotel. The drinks are limited, only local alcohol included. Cocktails, imported spirt and the beach bar you will have to pay for. Lots of cats on and around but we loved this! This hotel is not an english hotel, definitely turkish and german based, no staff could understand us and we met probably only 1 other English speaking couple in the hotel. This being said, we felt we were constantly being stared at and looked at by other guests, Another thing this hotel is not a young hotel, everyone was atleast 40+ so maybe this is why we was constantly stared at? Outside the hotel is a ***** of shops and few restaurants, you have to walk bit further out to find more restaurants but the area in its self is really nice and quiet. Beach bars near by were really nice aswell. Overall the hotel is nice, clean, quiet and is exactly what you pay for.
