I come with my family for first time in Maxx Royal Kemer and we have a wonderful time together The service was amazing the weather was perfect and everyone had so much fun. Our Maxx Assistants was very helpful and kind if we need anything. We will come back for another visit and we highly recommend if you have a child this is the best resort for them having an amazing place for them Maxiland full of great activities and professional people working there.

AWESOME experience! Its the best family hotel we have been to ever. There is everything the kids need – maxxiland is the best kidsclub I've ever set foot in – and there is everything the parents need, too ;) Amazing Maxx Assistants (look for Jacquelin and Ibrahim), amazing personal trainers (Soydan, Ikut, Liza....), amazing stuff in the Restaurants (Mehmet, Tania, Claudia), amazing managers (Ippi)...

Maxx Royal was recommended to us by friends and it has not disappointed. The hotel itself is gorgeous with plenty of excellent dining options, a brilliant kids club and amazing facilities and selection of activities, but what really makes it stand out are the staff, who have been wonderful without exception. In the restaurants nothing has been too much trouble, and our one year old has revelled in all the attention he has received. When you arrive you are given access to a chat with the Maxx Assistants which has worked fantastically well with staff responding promptly to any enquiries. While we were here our little boy got sick and ended up having to go to the hospital, the team were a huge help in getting him to the doctor and then the hospital, offering to send food to us so that we could stay with him, and the manager even came to visit to see how we were doing. Once we were back at the hotel they continued to check in to see how he was doing and offer any help. Really nothing has been too much trouble. The only thing to be aware of is that the two outdoor pools, which are fantastic, are too deep to stand up in so not ideal if you plan to chill by the pool all day while the kids are swimming. However with a great indoor pool and multiple beaches there are certainly other options, and with all the other facilities for both adults and kids the pools frankly become less of a priority than in most other hotels anyway. If this is still really key for you I’d suggest booking one of the lagoon pool rooms. TLDR: absolutely great hotel, facilities and staff, we are already planning our next visit.

From the moment I arrived at Maxx Royal Kemer Resort, the service was impeccable. The staff, always attentive and friendly, ensured my stay was memorable. The resort's location in Kemer, nestled between lush landscapes and the azure Mediterranean, provided breathtaking views and a serene a**osphere. The culinary experience at Maxx Royal was a highlight. The variety of dining options catered to all tastes, from local Turkish delicacies to international cuisine, all prepared to perfection. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering everything from continental to full English, vegan, and gluten-free options. The room amenities added to the luxury, with a private balcony, whirlpool bathtub, and a selection of pillows and room fragrances that personalized my sleeping experience. The overall cleanliness and modern decor of the rooms provided a comfortable and stylish setting for relaxation. One cannot overlook the extensive facilities which included a water park, multiple swimming pools, a fully equipped fitness center, and a top-notch spa offering a wide range of trea**ents. Whether it was relaxing on the private beach, enjoying a massage, or participating in the evening entertainment, there was always something to do. I highly recommend Maxx Royal Kemer Resort for anyone looking for a top-tier vacation experience in Turkey. The combination of excellent service, superb location, and first-rate amenities makes it truly deserving of its high ratings.

Max Royal is a brilliant hotel I would give it 100 stars very beautiful views and perfect night show , clear sea and tasty food best hotel in Turkey so good service and very interesting kids program Max Dimond( teenage club ) and Maxxi lend and a lot more I would visit this hotel again and again

We have been visiting Maxx Royal Kemer for 3 years. And every visit is a blessing. Both of my kids (3 and 6 years old boys) are so happy, I can't describe how much joy we have. I have never seen such a better organized kids club ever 🙏🏻 And the hotel, the facilities, amenities, food, service can't be better than this. You name anything, the people will make it happen. Mr. Cantekin and his team especially Ismail the head of Bars, Ms. Eda had of Turkish Restaurant and also our Buttlers Nil&Ekrem were awesome! Jerico at the pool side was a rock star. Another big congratulations to the Entertainment Team, unbelievable shows every day 🔥 We will definitely come back soon again 💥💥💥

Its our second visit to Maxx Royal , last year every was very good but this year everything was perfect thanks to our dear friend Mr Bassam , the guest assistance manager , he took care of us from the first minute of our arrival to the last minute before our deprture , so the biggest thanks in the universe to dear Bassam ( Abu Ali ) . Also I must mention that all restaurants , bars , the chocolatier and the patisserie were perfect but you should try the Bronze steak house . thanks to everyone in the resort but special thanks to Kterina in the lobby bar , Hassan in Azur Turk , Samir in the beach restaurant and many thanks to dear Servi in the Bronze steak house , See you again Maxx Royal

One day before our check-in, the excitement was already building as we received a welcoming call from our assistant, Ms. Nagehan. She along with our second assistant Ms. Rocio created a WhatsApp group for us, ensuring easy access and communication from the very start. As we stepped into the grand lobby, we were met with the familiar smiles of Mr. Ali and Mr. Mohammed, who had been our wonderful Maxx assistants during our previous visit in 2021. They greeted us warmly and we had a delightful chat with them while Ms. Nagehan efficiently prepared the necessary documents for our check-in, evoking fond memories of our previous stay. We had booked a suite land and royal suite family rooms, but it was Mr. Bassam who truly went above and beyond to make our stay even more convenient and memorable. He had the brilliant idea to upgrade our suite land room, which was located in a different building, to a Royal suite family room, ensuring that we were right next to each other. His thoughtful gesture was a testament to the exceptional service we'd come to expect at Maxx Royal Kemer. I recall our first encounter with Mr. Bassam back in 2021 when he had just joined the Maxx family. His immense ambition was evident from the start, and it was clear that his ambition was a driving force in the resort's excellence, and his dedication to guests' satisfaction was commendable. The dining experiences at Maxx Royal Kemer were a culinary journey filled with excitement. One standout chapter was our encounter with the enchanting "Romanista," Ms. Ippolita. As a passionate AS Roma fan myself, it was a delightful surprise to meet a fellow Romanista in Antalya. Ms. Ippolita and her team, with Ms. Tanya standing out as the greatest, provided us with the best service and introduced us to a variety of Latin American cuisines, making one of our nights truly exceptional. At Le Melange, a friendly Iranian waiter provided us with excellent service, adding to our delightful culinary journey. For relaxation and rejuvenation, my mother-in-law and wife indulged in a soothing massage at Maxx Spa. During our visit, we had the pleasure of chatting with Ms. Miriam, the spa manager. Her warm and friendly demeanor added to the overall charm of our stay, making it a well-rounded experience. The joy for our children knew no bounds in the wonderland of Maxxiland. All the staff there were so engaging and professional in dealing with children. My son enjoyed playing football with one of the staff members there, whose name we regrettably don't remember. In the background, the efficient housekeeping team ensured our rooms were always impeccable, adding to our overall comfort and relaxation. At Maxx Royal Kemer, every moment was a part of our enchanting story.
