Tu Casa Gelidonya Hotel

The hotel is good! Personal is good! Place in the city is good! In fact, we were satisfied with the hotel. The rooms are normal, it will do for budget tourism. But it’s far from 4 stars, not even Turkish ones. We were in early April. The food was terrible. I won’t talk about diversity and quantity. The quality of food was disgusting. This is the most terrible kitchen I’ve ever eaten. Everything was overdried. Not tasty. The soups are terrible from powder in our opinion. In general, at the end of my vacation, I lost 5 kilograms from 65 kilograms to 60 kilograms. The rooms were cleaned once in 7 days. They write that ‘all inclusive’ food is strictly three times a day. The bar is strictly until 22:45. From 23:00 to 00:00 a light snack. The soup that was left from dinner. Well, sometimes there were good desserts. Everything had to be asked. Clean the room, replace the bed/towels/ashtray. The Internet is paid. 27€/10days. There is no own parking lot, but there is enough space nearby. Stunning views of the mountains and surroundings. Do you want a beach holiday? Forget it!!! The road to the beach is through the slings of neighboring hotels.

Yes overall hotel was clean well looked after Bedding changed regularly rooms cleaned daily and towels renewed daily Cleaners friendly too . The food was more or less same morning noon n night boring for 4 star hotel Some staff very pleasant others but rude and abrupt The drinks were very mean servings for all inclusive especially the spirits No whisky just vodka or gin really . The one puzzling and annoying thing I found out on last day was the safety deposit box I paid euros for wasn't even anchored to wall or floor Could pick it up and walk off with it which is bloody disgusting . I'd stay again here but not all inclusive The pool was beautiful but the music played from 10a.m till 11 p.m was too repetitive and bit too overpowering after couple days . It was handy to everything with about 20 minute walk to shops and centre The beach was straight across the road opposite the hotel

Such a beautiful place with a beautiful pool and pool bar, the evening entertainment was thrilling especially the Turkish Dancers. Karaoke nights were fun and they had songs for English speakers too. The only inconvenience were that there seemed to be a lot of ants around the hotel but none in our room which was good.

The staff have been outstanding especially ugur and pinar at the guest relations ,food nine out of ten ,rooms are nine out of ten, animation nine of ten.pool bar staff could work on there english.massage service in the hotel is absolutely brilliant.The only downfall is the WiFi to pay for two different devices . I would recommend the hotel to guests that wants to come from uk or else . Ugur and pinar would be more then happy to help.

It was a great time with my friend. The hotel exceeded my expectations in relation to the price. Delicious food, great people. The hotel SPA is fantastic. Friendly a**osphere, professional service. I came back younger and without back pain:) masks, massages, nice conversations, I honestly recommend it.

Just got back yesterday from an amazing time away, missing the bar already🥲. Check in was hassle free, with the option to put a deposit down for a safe and the option to buy Wi-Fi, this was €3 / day, or if you got multiple days it worked out cheaper. We arrived late at night, and were offered some snacks from downstairs that we could help ourselves to as meal times were done, which was good because we’d been travelling all day. People that work there were always going out of their way to make our holiday perfect, and were never rude. There was also an English man named Ugur that works at the hotel, he helped us with any questions about our stay. He was always cheerful and chatty, and we actually had a game of cards with him, which he won on his first time playing 😅. The hotel had a great location, with shops and bars all around. Berek donner is also good if you want some cheap food whilst you’re out. There’s a supermarket called Migros about a 15/20 minute walk away which I recommend going to as it’s cheap and has all necessities. Our room had comfortable beds, complimentary slippers, soaps and shower gels. There was a bottle of water and a chocolate bar for each person staying, in the mini fridge ,which was nice. It was clean when we arrived and cleaned every day, with bedding changed every few days. We also had a balcony overlooking activities, such as darts, and the showtime area, so we could enjoy whatever was on if we didn’t want to get involved. There was always high energy from the entertainment team which was lovely. People have complained about the food, but I personally think it was plentiful and had varied options. On multiple nights there were chicken kebabs which were tasty, and there were always chips, chicken nuggets and pasta for fussy eaters or just for something more simple. At breakfast, there was the option of fried eggs which was a nice surprise, along with cereals and bread. There was always lots of salad as well, which was fresh and tasty. I think our favourite part of the hotel was the bar, the bartenders were always welcoming, and although they aren’t completely fluent in English, they know a good amount. They were always helpful and friendly. There wasn’t a menu for cocktails because they’re all special, which just made it more exciting to see what you would get. The option was also there to just point at certain alcohols and they’d make it how you wanted it. A coffee machine and water were available near the bar to just help yourself to, which was helpful on early excursion days as we could fill our waters up. Would definitely come back here, a cheap and brilliant holiday destination. Thank you for your hospitality to all at Tu Casa during our stay. Room 3304 😊

Really enjoyed this holiday was first time in Turkey and will definitely return. The hotel was good and enjoyed the food and drink, have no complaints whatsoever. The bar staff work really hard you see them in the morning in the kitchen and behind the bar until the end of night collecting glasses, they work non-stop. The evening entertainment was good, especially the belly dancer and the spa was brilliant had a sauna, salt scrub and massage with free face mask and it was well worth the money - better than the morrocan one I had last year. The pool was fantastic. The beach was small but nice although you will need swim shoes as very pebbly. There are plenty of shops just turn right when leaving hotel. All in all it was a nice relaxing break with beautiful weather - what more could you ask for?

Very good hotel, Ugur was a great help with recommendations for places to go and making sure everything was ok for our stay. Staff/owners very helpful and friendly no issues at all, a great hotel for the price with a central location. Beach across the road nightlife just up the road 5 mins by taxi ample shops and restaurants nearby. The spa was fantastic and again staff amazing. The hotel is located with walking distance from all the shops restaurants bar clubs . The beach is literally one minute walk from the hotel . Great activities and shows . The staff is very friendly the food is great. Ugur at the reception speaks very good English and is willing to help always . I highly recommend it to everyone .
