7 nights and 8 days - my first and great 5+ holiday in Turkey: delicious food, nice cocktails, sun, sea, mountains, clean room and nice cleaner, sports facilities, very homely feeling and most importantly: Hammam and massages. I highly recommend: go and make an appointment now and you won't regret it. They are professionals in their field and will do wonders for you. Seriously! I have never experienced a massage like this before and I would go back anytime. I am very happy that I just happened to be at Miarosa Kemer Beach hotel 🥰🌹🌹🌹❤

The workers are always positive and the spa is the best for making you relaxthe water is cold and the slides are nice and fun to ride from the top. The barmens are really nice and espesially the one that works in the night shift near tge pool it was a great week

We chose this hotel because of big territory and lot of big pools.. We planned our vacation in May from 11th till 26th.. We knew that there is some refurbishing going on and that is why we asked our operator to inquire when aqua park with big pools will be opened.. And they replied to us that hotel staff answered that 15th of May it should be opened.. So we decided it is not so bad and we can do other stuff for these 4 days.. (There is possibility to use water park of neighbouring hotel while there are construction works going on..). It is a big pity to say that this is already 19th of May and it doesn't look even close for finishing those works.. We are very disappointed in this to be honest, but we try to do other things outside the hotel to make our vacation good as it was planned.. :) But I am sure that it will be very nice place when they will finish all refurbishment works. Hotel states like 5* UAI, but I could not really say it is 5* (there are some features from 5* but at the same time there are a lot of 5* must-have missing..).. Wi-Fi is free only in lobby but is very slow.. so be prepared to pay for quite Ok Wi-Fi in you room for 1,5 till 3 Eur per day (depends for how long time you take). And UAI is more like AI, only difference is 24h bar (maybe something more I have missed).. but only local drinks, no branded drinks to expect included only for extra money.. Food variety is not bad, but if you stay for 2 weeks.. it is more or less the same every day.. I really do not see a difference of AI we visited last year and this UAI.. Rooms need a little bit of refurbishment but are clean (daily room maintenance), water is added to minibar every day, but no electric kettle/tea/coffee in room.. But all territory is kept nice and clean.. Best thing we like is hotel staff, they are very friendly, always smiling and very helpful. I am pretty sure if I would visit this hotel later, I would give more than 3/5, but now it is what it is.. :) But it is just my subjective opinion... :)

It was good vacation, better for the families with kids than couples but annimatuon team here is amazin especially CAN, ANIL, EMIN. The sea is nice but there are rocks and not sand but it is no problem. Even the staff is good all young people working. English is little problem but everything can be solved. In the summary uf you have kids and family visit this place.

We stayed for a week, the staff were kind, they always tried their best and entertain us, the food was varied and delicious, one of the animator brought us to the local club, which was a really good night so we are grateful for Yunus. The place is clean and pretty big, there are so many pools and the beach is calm.

Nice place for vacation with kids, many atractions and nice animations with very nice Yunus 😀. Very nice food, drinks, foam party,swimming pools, they have got even sharks and you can swim with them.

An unforgettable trip with my dear friend and brother Omer Babayev - an energetic and loving man. He loves his job and tourist of hotel. We love Miarosa. It hotel is very good place for Iranian tourists. You hotel is very popular in our country. We will talk about your for only Omer. Omer showed real Turkish hospitality. We met him in Kingdom of Sea. We will never forget him. I would like to thank chef Kazim for the meals and the Reception for the room. You are all very good.

This was a terrible experience. How do they have five stars? At First when we arrived guy from reception told that the room we selected is not good and for 20 plus dollars he will give us a really great room, and so we Believed his scam. Room had really strong smell of mold or something similar and it wasn't clean at all. So we changed room to the one that we selected. That one was dirty. Actually hotel has big problem with house keeping service. Maids just come to collect tips ant not even make the bed. When i went to complain reception was full of people with similar problems. On that whole week trash was picked only twice and both times after i complain
