Do Not Stay! My first night there I found feces in the bottom of my bed between the sheets! The front desk was not helpful, rude and offered no compensation. Not Impressed with the service or how I was treated as if I had caused the problem. I spoke to the manager who said they would resolve it and email me which has never happened. It was disgusting.

Would definitely recommend if you are staying close to the airport. Pleasantly surprised to find this beautiful resort right next to the airport. It really does have all the facilities you could wish for. Loads of restaurants to choose from, little arcade for the kids, cinema, casino and even a theatre. We really enjoyed our stay although it was only for one night. Staff were really welcoming and accommodating and the cocktails were delicious. Really appreciated the shuttle bus to the airport as well. Would definitely recommend.

After having dental surgery and much on travel wise, I booked a night here as a treat for us before a long haul flight the next day. We were given a substandard room but told we should be grateful as it was an upgrade of sorts. We finally got moved to a different room and floor. We were not told at all that from first thing in the morning we would be loudly woken up by the loudest worst buiing work ever!!!!!!! They actually took my money knowing full well it is a disaster zone here at the moment!!!!

Very nice hotel service very good we arrived early morning after long flight and they got us a room by 12 even though 1500 was check in time which we was very grateful for, food was excellent , the complex close by was like vegas with nice restaurants

So close to the airport this hotel 🏨 is perfect 😍 for getting over a long ✈️ flight from uk 🇬🇧 . No aircraft noise at all. Our first time in Africa. We stayed for 2 nights. Great complex next door with casino 🎰. It’s a bit like a mini vegas. Lovely staff. Breakfast you pick from the menu and prepared to order. The pool 🏊♀️ isn’t open till April but the ducks 🦆 seemed to like it. Loads of restaurants to choose from in emperor’s complex. You can use walkway from hotel lobby to get there. We went to hooters one night and tribe (wagyu beef 🥩 amazing) the other. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful reception area. Stunning decor over the Christmas holiday. Unfortunately the overall stay wasn’t great. The hotel isn’t very kid friendly. I requested a kettle for the room as I was traveling with my 1 year old and needed to make his bottle. Both reception and housekeeping blatantly refused and didn’t try to assist. Resturant downstairs was decent , the host was pleasant and welcoming. But again, the Resturant did not cater for kids. We requested a baby chair , after refusing to assist - they eventually brought us a baby chair. Every morning for the 3 days that we stayed - this was a problem for staff. We also requested a cot for the room , which they happily assisted but every day the cleaning ladies would dismantle it and remove all the sheets so every afternoon we had put this cot together. The housekeeping staff did not put in clean towels and we had to make 6 calls to reception and housekeeping for bath towels. Definitely not what I expected.

On the plus side - the breakfast was good and the hotel is close to some nice restaurants and the airport. That aside it’s very difficult to find my other positives. The rooms and bathrooms are dated and don’t appear to have been renovated since the hotel was first build 25 years ago. WIFi was a significant issue - we could barely get any WiFi in our first room and after half a day we were eventually moved to a different floor. The WiFi I; t(e new room was much better but it would still kick out for 30 seconds every 5 minutes or so. The TV signal was based on the WiFi which meant it freezing every couple minutes. I tried to watch some live sports which was impossible. The shower temperature would randomly alternate between hot to cold and was unpleasant and dangerous. The bathroom towels were hard and not nice to use. The toiletries were good quality. My wife booked a spa treatment and it was an extremely unprofessional and non-spa like experience. Spa treatments should be quiet noice free relaxing experiences , without constant maintenance and very loud people noise. General staff service was ok , with some good and some not so good , but nothing happened quickly. Overall the hotel is extremely overpriced for the quality and experience and I would not recommend it to anyone.

We stayed at this hotel due to all on onsite things to do. Your a short walk from a casino, loads of bars and restaurants. It’s only a few minutes from the airport and a free shuttle bus transports you to and from airport every 30 mins. The room are comfy and spacious m, nice size bathrooms. Breakfast was included and there was a great choice to eat. Very nice place to stay
