Staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby area was undergoing construction so it was very sparse with a makeshift check in/out area. Free grab and go sundry items were a definite plus!
I was disappointed that the tv in the rooms had no means of logging into streaming services. That was the most disappointing part as someone who loves to unwind to tv.

Impressed how quiet room was so near to airport.
Even with lots of renovations going on it was easy to maneuver the place. Free shuttle was great.
Would recommend.

The staff was very friendly. The room was nice, clean and had everything but the clock didn’t work (or I couldn’t figure it out) and one of the lamps had a bad bulb.

No parking had an area closed off when they were full and the rooms had no mirror in the room only in the bathroom ☹️

Rooms very cleaned and food was very good in restaurant. The overall staff were very welcoming and friendly.

I was disappointed in my Hilton stay. I did not have hot water for a shower. The breakfast in the cafe was very limited. I ordered a vegetable cheese omelet and got and omelet with fried onions and no cheese. This was not Hilton quality. With renovations going on, they need to upgrade their game.

The lobby was fully dusty and under construction while was not explained by *******
2 out of 2 elevators were not working and there was a long line up to the elevator
The heater was not working on the first room, and they changed my room as the room was super cold and the second room was not clean particularly washroom

We were not informed that the hotel is currently being renovated. It was unsettling to check in in a bare lobby. It changes the atmosphere of the visit.
