不要推薦，店員不老實，隨意刷你信用卡，，，，反饋了 扣多了錢 當我離開店之後還繼續扣我413美金。，直到我回到香港 立刻把卡停掉

Great stay in Ketchikan MY PLACE. Nothing but compliments from our visit. Grocery store and pharmacy along with ferry's and airport within walking distance sure made our errands quick. The rooms were spacious and beyond CLEAN! Nothing capable on this end of town!

Our flight was canceled and we were price gouged by this hotel. Our room should have been (at most, with taxes) $179 per night. They charged us $285 per night and won't refund any of it. Someone else's boots were under our bed, there were paper towels covering our smoke alarm and they had no dishes or silverware available for the room. I'm so upset that they would take advantage of us while we were already in a bad situation.

Great hotel that offers a small kitchen (but you have to supply your own dishes) And lots of room to spread out. Very clean and comfortable— even includes a recliner. Great place to come back to after a long workday.

I had only planned on staying one night. But wound up staying three nights. The hot water was not running the first day. Then there was no more problems with it after that. The staff was friendly, and the property was clean.

Very nice staff. The room was very clean and felt comfortable. They made my trip easy. Fast check in and check out. Overall was a great place to stay, with its convenient location, was able to get cab service to and from very quickly. Loved the small town vibe

I had to stay two extra nights due to a scheduling problem with the ferry. No breakfast service, hot water for the shower was limited.. When I asked if it was just a one time occurrence i was told that the boiler was a little wonky. Wonky? Really? The staff is great and there is a market & restaurant really close. And the ferry terminal is right across the street.. I was safe and dry when I needed to be

Once I realized I could undo the pillows I was sooo comfortable! I almost don’t want to post a review because then others will know! this hotel has all the proximity to necessary stores (grocery/pharmacy/airport/ferry)! Very accommodating!! Thank you for showing visitors of Ketchikan they can stay a very nice hotel!
