We loved the stay here! Everything was great, from the check-in with complimentary room upgrade, to concierge thats very knowledgeable with good recommendations, to the friendly housekeepers, they all made our stay. Thanks!

全程最坑的酒店2700一晚，什麼破爛，圖片很好看，介紹很不錯，但是，但是，這個價格住這個酒店 ，簡直是瘋了，這個酒店最多也就值1300-1500人民幣，完全就是汽車旅館的結構和配置，從新粉刷後傢俱和裝飾更新了，但是沒有電梯，基本沒有服務，什麼入住飲品就是大廳可以自己接杯檸檬水，酒店是附近一堆小二層組成的，有的房間裏海邊還是要走一段不短距離的，需要過馬路。總之和我住的汽車旅館沒區別 除了新一點。什麼最南端，完全沒特點。

Beware before booking this resort! The extra fees are ridiculous! Parking it says 42.00 per day but actually it's 44.15 PER DAY due to taxes. Thee resort fee 56.00 per day for what??? You can't even get a chair at the pool. In addition to that they couldn't even give the courteous to let us know city construction was happening outside our hotel door. I didn't travel from NJ to the Keys to hear construction. AND I understand it's Not under the resorts control but at least comp us No parking fee or No resort fee. Paid an extra $500 when I left just on resort fees. My recommendation save your money and go elsewhere in the Keys I know I will be next winter

Very clean and spacious room with beautifully kept pools and grounds. Just a beautiful experience right next to the ocean.

Overall nice looking, but as they say the devil is in the details.
Coffee maker is a joke. Coffee is bad, the cups are the size of the tea sets we bought for our three year old daughters and you have to keep pushing a button 10 times to fill the tea cup. The window shades are also ridiculous. Very difficult to get blacked out and equally to get a nice light glow in the room. Decent coffee and pleasant light are little items but when absent really sour the overall experience.
House staff were alright, but not very gracious and certainly don't speak English. I couldn't find out how long it would take to clean the room or getting the check out time. Fortunately, check out time was on the wall with evacuation information. Again, big picture is nice but creature comforts can kill the deal.

The location is perfect, steps away from shops, restaurants the beach! The resort has several pools and our room was great. Can’t wait to return!!!!

Clean, beautiful rooms, conveniently located to where the action is on Duval Street. Staff was very accommodating beaches on property was very nice. Pools were clean can’t say enough about. It will definitely stay here again.

Property was great, food and location were very good. Didn’t appreciate the hidden fees upon arrival! Resort fees and parking over $100 a day. Would rather have this figured into the cost…
