Property was good however our room was terrible. No place to put luggage or set things on. Especially in the bathroom. Room was clean but walls needed repair and painted. Grout was missing on tiled floors. Our bed was awful. Looks like they put a think foam topper on an old mattress and toilet was very low to floor making it next to impossible to use for older customers. Tv didn’t turn off.

The property gave us the old town key west vibe we were looking for.

Lovely, quiet, friendly, peaceful stay in early January. Roman, at the desk, was so helpful with restaurant and entertainment recommendations! And with “how to get around” information! We loved greeting him every day, and just running into him. He is perfect in his position.
We have booked fancier rooms in more expensive B&B’s, but have never stayed in one so very friendly. We loved it and will go back again. I don’t need antiques and a selection of pillows…. Heron House Court had everything I wanted. Heated pool, wonderful, convenient location …. Didn’t need a car.. And the staff was the best we’ve ever encountered. We’re in our 60’s and 70’s and have been around the block! No regrets.

Our stay at the Heron House was by far the best place we've stayed at during our week long visit to Florida. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio area... so relaxing! Roman was great in making this stay the best. He made sure we were comfortable and was very knowledgeable on sites to see and had places to dine. Wish we could of stayed longer but will definitely be back

Staff is very nice and helpful. It is an older property so there’s a lot of quirks but it’s in fabulous location.

A very laid back and relaxing place to stay. Our host, Roman, was very accommodating and just a super nice guy. The only thing somewhat negative is the bed was way too soft, we prefer a firmer bed. We still highly recommend this place!

The Heron House is located one block off of Duval Street. Great walkability to any attraction you may be interested in. Friendly staff and wonderful continental breakfast every day. The only negative is parking but that is not on Heron House. I would definitely go back.

A beautiful property in a great neighborhood for walking, So many beautiful old houses. Roman at the front desk was incredibly helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.
