Rohi Apartments

Quiet, safe, well kept, easy access to most places, cleaning team are superb and Rohi offers free laundry and ironing services. Functional rooms but very dated decor and furnishings. Will return if I need to stay in the area.

We arrived at rohi apart hotel and were greeted warmly by concierge and the front desk staff . Never had such a wonderful home away . Rooms are cleans , modern and spacious with full furnitured .if you are tourists and long stay guest don't hesitate to pass your nights in this apar**ent hotel you will thank me later.

Great stay overall. The staff and included breakfast were excellent. The apar**ent was clean and spacious, with features that included window netting and a bathtub (with jets!), which are not always readily accessible in Kigali. While the apar**ent overlooks a semi-busy road, the traffic died down by night time. Will definitely stay at Rohi Apar**ents again.

Breakfast was always served on time! But need to switch the menu up a bit!

The hospitality is 100%, from the receptionist to the CEO, down to the room service. The breakfast, the fruits, the apar**ent is very neat and quiet. The location gives you a good view of the city. I will like to recommend Rohi to anyone coming in for both long and short stay. I spent 4wks in this apar**ent without asking my company for a change.

I was lucky enough to stay at the Rohi Apar**ent Hotel during the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in June 2022. From the moment I checked-in late on a Saturday night to the time I left the following week, the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The apar**ents themselves are very clean and the bed was extremely comfy. The bathrooms are big (with great showers) and, even when I had a minor flood in my bathroom, it was all fixed immediately. The apar**ent balconies are West-facing so you have a great sunset. The living rooms are comfortable with large televisions (if you want that), and the kitchens are fully equipped, even with electric coffee percolators. (A must for the excellent Rwandan coffee). There is a large choice for breakfast each morning, all brought to your apar**ent at the chosen time. It really sets you up for the day. And the staff were exceptional. Dennis, the manager, helped me every single day with travel, things to do in my limited down-time, and even tracking down a phone I had left in a taxi. And he's a charming conversationalist. Nothing is too much trouble. And the same goes for the rest of the staff. If you're making a trip to Kigali--for work or pleasure--I highly recommend the Rohi Apar**ents. You really will not go wrong for somewhere to stay.
