The property appeared very outdated and understaffed. Pool had leaves in it and was not fit for swimming. Pool area was a joke. Not kid friendly. Property needs to be updated. Room was clean but dated. Not on the same level as the Spanish Court. The breakfast was OK.

The staff was very attentive, polite and helpful, especially the staff on breakfast duty in the dining room.

The staff was very friendly ,courteous and helpful.The food was delicious and homely .I would like to specify about some of the staff especially the bellhop Fritz , the young ladies at front desk, the staff at the ****** ,the staff at the restaurant and the housekeeping staff .Keep up the good works .

Great customer service. Elegant and classy old world charm. I love the quiet retreat when I'm away from the hot spot inn Ocho Rios.

It was classy and quiet, the staffs were very respectful and pleasant . Food was amazing. Was walking distances to many heritage and historical tourists attractions and land marks. I didnt notice any kind of entertainment for guests but we was out most of the time. I was also on a business trip..i would strongly recommend.

This was a beautiful property, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The only negatives I had was that the AC didn't cool the room a lot and the fridge inside the room didn't seem to be cold at all. Other than that this is an amazing hotel.

Wonderful hotel and staff, very comfortable stay and lovely location right by Devon house. Room was roomy and quiet. Secure parking. And most importantly, an excellent selection of Hampden Rums at the bar!

Some how I felt like I was given a room that wasn’t the best room however I could be wrong . I enjoyed me stay though and the staff is very helpful and friendly so I appreciated that .

The rooms are spacious with plenty of lighting, modern bathroom, sofa, desk. Good racks in closet.
The breakfast is superb with eggs to order, and servers to dish your food choices.
The facility is an airy traditional style residence that hosts weddings, business and government officials.
Great value.
