I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience during my stay at your establishment. Despite booking for 2 nights,20th -22nd Nov 24 both evenings were marred by a lack of adequate heating in the room. The first night, after requesting a room change due to malfunctioning heating, we were only able to move the next day. The portable heater provided was insufficient and did not alleviate the cold.
The following night, we encountered the same issue with the new room. Despite reporting it promptly, the heating could not be fixed. The mini portable heater offered was ineffective, resulting in an uncomfortable and freezing night's sleep.
Sleeping fully clothed and with winter pajamas on due to freezing temperatures is unacceptable for any guest.It is disappointing that no one followed up on our situation or inquired about our comfort after such a challenging night.
In light of these circumstances, I kindly request compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort caused during our stay. I trust that you will address this matter promptly and offer a resolution that reflects your commitment to guest
