Nice location,near shopping area,and bus stop

I checked in on a Friday around 9pm. I didn’t get greeted by a human. I had to check in via a kiosk. When I was waiting for another guest to finish his check in I noticed a sign on the window stating there is NO hot water until Monday. Well my stay was Friday till Sunday. That means I didn’t have hot water to shower for myself or my husband. I had guests in 3 other rooms that didn’t have hot water as well. This had put a huge damper on our weekend and to say the least. 4 rooms booked to stay the weekend and we didn’t get the decency to get a phone call regarding the hot water issue. Also the residents that live at the hotel smoke ********* consistently in there rooms with travel through the vents into other rooms. Absolutely disgusting. The guest above our room constantly banging on their floor which left ceiling residue all over my belongings and all over the counter with the sink/ microwave. I am absolutely disgusted with the amount of money I wasted on this hotel this past weekend. I would like a call back from corporate level manager.

Upon arrival we saw a notice stating that there was no hot water available till Monday. All transactions are done via a kiosk. We saw people cutting in line and going into closed areas repeatedly as the keys being given were not working this. Occurred about three times to the two people that had previously been taken care off. Not a good hot.

Upon arrival, the warm hospitality of the staff set high expectations. Yet, as I turned on the tap, a distinct odor wafted through the air, reminiscent of a rotten egg. Despite assurances from the management regarding the water's safety, the persistent smell detracted from the otherwise idyllic ambiance. Comfortable cheap place with smelling water.

The mattresses are very worn, i was sleeping in indent. The toilets are very low, felt like you sitting on the floor. The blinds have gaps and there's no curtains.

I was there just for 30 min and is like a jail, man’s without shirt walking around your room, asking this, drinking, is just HORRIBLE… I made the check out and they say that they can’t do the refound because I wash my hands in the room!!! LOL Please, run away from this place.

Place was full of roaches everywhere, dead and alive. The blinds were broke and people could see me from outside. I stayed only for 5minutes and left right away, they could not even refund me the full nights as they should have. Do not stay here by all means!

This beds were way too firm for me. The TV did not work. My family and I will not be ataying there again.

Checked in and check out right after going to our room. We didn’t want to leave our vehicle as there was a lot of people hanging around. The room was dirty and moldy.
