Me and my family stayed in the suite it was a great experience the room was plenty of room very family friendly the bar was great the pool and hot tub also the only bad thing i can say is that our suite shower the water wasnt hot at all and the breakfast bread area was nuts couldn't make waffles or pancakes to many people in one area

First night, I was very excited hospital was beautiful. I called front desk for extra blankets as there wasn’t extra in the room. Never received them tried calling again no answer I unfortunately had to sleep with no blankets as I handed it over to my kids so they won’t be cold through the night. In the morning we woke up my son locked the safe and couldn’t get in I called front desk for help. And continue to express how I wasn’t satisfied with the service due to the inconvenience of last night. They took too long send someone so I had to call down again. Hotel is nice but highly disliked the non service given in a friendly time manner.

It is the first time that I have a bad experience in this place. I have been using this hotel for a while now. I stay at least once every two months and it is the first time that I have found the room with an unpleasant smell of cigarettes and the bathroom. In terrible conditions they have to pay more attention to this

The hotel is nice but you can tell it’s an older hotel that has been remodeled. The atrium area is beautiful. My particular room was near elevator A and the room is outside the gas station which was very noisy at night. They had updated ac but mine didn’t work so I used the two individual window units which made a squeaky noise. The room was overall clean and the staff was polite. Breakfast was good too.

Too much people for breakfast!! The place is too small and when it’s cold outside you have no place too sit for lunch!! But the lunch was good! The pool and the room was perfect for us!! Thx you!!

The property was clean but very very tired the woman on reception was soooo rude it was unreal, a good location but def needs some tlc

Nice pool area!
Breakfast was very good but Indoor seating not sufficient. We ended up sitting outside in the rain.
Lighting in the rooms is to dim and cold blue light. We went and bought some warm brighter bulbs to use during our stay.
