The room and the lobby area were very nice. The property itself was average - no bells and whistles, and needs updating, but we weren't looking for those things for this trip. The plus is they don't charge for parking; however, they will nickel and dime you for things like an early check-in. The only true negative was they came in while we were out to leave fresh towels and take out any garbage from the cans. They took the garbage bags out and left them in the bathroom sink, and left us one fresh towel. Clearly an oversight.

Great value for your money. If are visiting the parks with your family your kids it’s a good alternative

our stay was last minute, booked it online, with the option to pay when we got there. the room was clean and well maintained, except the bathroom door handle was very loose. breakfast, which is included, was excellent. lots of choices and the staff were very pleasant. the outside area was vast and relaxing...i.e., pool play area and lawn.
we will return and recommend to others about this place, for its location and cleaniness and staff

It was affordable and close to some decent fast food places like del taco and ihop. I read reviews that there would be roaches or other bugs but I didn't encounter a single one, but I was on the second floor so that could've helped. The walls are also a bit thin so I could very clearly hear people roaming about. It's not the Ritz or anything, but for how much you are paying it is more than enough.

Our 3.5 yo had the best time. The hotel offers an amazing large kids’ area where kids can run, jump, climb and play away from vehicles. And parents can watch them from picnic tables. Breakfast is nice, but it doesn’t change at all, so if you are there for a full week you’ll eat the same exact food every day.
The biggest issue we had was the cleanliness of our room. We arrived to dirty floors and hair in the bathroom. We moved beds to push them together and discovered horrible pile of dirt underneath. Housekeeping is not offered daily.
