This was a disaster...when my husband and i arrived at the hotel we checked in using the kiosk. We paid for the room using a different card from the one that we secured the reservation with. It didnt seem to be an issue. We recieved our room keys, and a reciept showing we had paid in full.
That should have been the end of it....but no...the next night we returned tonour room exhausted from our day, and our room key did not work. Apparently, they tried to bill us using the other card and it was rejected.... my husband and I were unhappy....we got our new cards and went to sleep. The next day we were assisted and everything seemed to be sorted out. The charge was a glitch. They refunded the charge, and we went about our day. The next day the weather had turned so we went around the area and did some shopping. The following day we decided to check out. We looked at our banking app and somehow there was another pending charge for over $300?!?!? When asked about it the peraon at the front desk just waved it off and said it would "drop off"....I'm sorry, but no, this whole mess was unacceptable.
