We honestly didn’t believe all the reviews we read before, but I promise you they are all true! Every single member of staff at this hotel goes above and beyond, they don’t do it for the tips either. Tips are done in secret envelopes if you feel you want to do so. Without a shadow of a doubt this is THE cleanest place we have ever stayed, they are constantly cleaning everything, sweeping the beach paths or mopping the side of the pool to scrubbing the restaurant. We even saw them hoovering the bottom of the pool! The bar staff are so friendly, but professional. The chefs do an outstanding job, everything is cooked to absolute perfection, they really want you to try their show cooking, and you won’t be disappointed. I’ve never known an all inclusive buffet so good! The whole place is so chilled but yet there’s plenty of activities to get involved in if you wish to do so. Nobody is pushy. The kids club staff are soooo lovely! Anything you want, just ask, more hangers, firmer pillows, fresh towels, anything! The app is so easy to make requests or book activities. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend to anyone, families, couples, young or old. The only slight negative things I would say are, get better prossecco, make all cocktails free, and get bigger quilts for the massive beds!

A amazing all accessible hotel with amazing staff The transfer from the airport was roughly 45 mins minibus with electric ramp we were greeted by the staff and were given Turkish tea on arrival @23.00 Bags were taken to our room and we were told the restaurant was open for us to get some food. The hotel complex was very accessible and flat there was ramps to the restaurant bar and beach. The beach ramp was incredibly steep, but staff are always there to help. The only place on resort I couldn’t get to was the entertainment above the bar as it was a rooftop bar. The pool had a hoist!!!!!! They had accessible beach chairs to get into the sea this was not stated on any TUI website/known by uk travel agents This needs to be known and put online as accessible as this stops a lot of people who have mobility issues booking holidays as they need a hoist facility. This hotel was very accessible and staff were always there to help and always made sure we were ok.

Booked as a last minute getaway and honestly was cynical about all the amazing reviews as surely a hotel cannot be ‘that’ good all of the time? Was very happily proven wrong. Staff genuinely lovely and super helpful, food was incredible (choice and freshness) and the entire complex was immaculate at all times. Didn’t travel with children but the children facilities were well thought out. A lovely (much needed) chilled out week, with sunshine, where literally at no point did we have to think about anything. It was already there. Don’t recommend the nearby shops for anything other than Turkish products - if you’re wanting ‘designer’ bits, you’ll need to travel into town. But it’s great for coffee/sweets/bath towels/soaps etc and Turkish ice cream and coffee just outside the shopping complex. There are a couple of hotel cats which might put some people off, but they are well looked after by the hotel and not in any way a nuisance. They have their own Cat Cafe for feeding and guests are asked not to feed them. Generally they avoid people - apart from one tabby that loves to cuddle if you give it the ok!

We were greeted by two friendly members of staff on arrival, and provided with a refreshing drink. Even though we arrived at the hotel after the restaurants were closed, we were offered food and drink in the restaurant. The room and the communal areas were kept spotlessly clean due to daily service. All areas of the hotel including grounds were clean, tidy and extremely well looked after thanks to very hard working staff. The dining experience was pleasurable. Great choice and diversity of food on offer in a comfortable, clean and pleasant dining restaurant. Staff in all eating areas were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The fitness classes attended were very good and led by knowledgeable instructors. On departure we were waved off by three members of staff including the general manager, who clearly cared deeply about the guest experience.

Perhaps the best all inclusive I have stayed at. Value for money, the best. Staff very friendly and efficient. Grounds are beautiful. Food is excellent and a wide variety. The bar was great. I loved the beer, and my gal enjoyed the wide variety of included cocktails. (Not all are). Just to be completely honest, there was a large amount of kids. About 70 percent German holidaymakers, and 30 percent British. I.5 hours, with drop offs from the airport

This was our third visit to Palm Garden, this time returning with a larger group of family. We absolutely love everything about this hotel, the rooms are well appointed and modern, the grounds are picturesque and constantly maintained, the food is fresh and well varied with something for everyone, everywhere is absolutely spotless and the staff are friendly, courteous and genuinely seem happy to have you there. When we arrived the greeting we had, despite been 3am, was welcoming and friendly and the check in process was super simple. Our bags were brought our rooms within minutes of been there. Sadly they pointed out my case appeared to be leaking blue soap, which it was, all over the majority of my clothes. The next morning I took my damaged clothing to reception and explained, they took it, laundered it all and returned to to our room all within 6 hours, absolutely outstanding and I couldn't be more grateful for this service. All of our party were highly impressed with the hotel, the food and the staff. I think its very reassuring to see the manager walking around and interacting with guests, you can see how proud he is of his hotel. Along with this he was there to thank us as we left along with quite a few other members of staff. In years gone by I was very much, there's a whole world out there to see, but having found Palm Garden it's always top of the list. As I said everyone in our party loved this holiday, and we are already talking about doing the same again next year.

This is a fantastic resort, something to keep everyone occupied. The food was fabulous, extremely fresh and a great variety. The kids club was amazing and the entire property was absolutely spotless. The fitness classes are varied and the instructors are excellent. We had a brilliant family holiday!

Absolutely amazing. Clean, food exeptional, staff really helpful. Room cleaned daily. Free kids club, with amazing staff looking after the kids. My kids didn’t wanted to come back home. All organized to perfection. The perfect holiday for young families.
