The hotel does not deserve 5 stars. The first two days we had no air conditioning in the room. Dirty carpets in the hall on the top floor. The pool was also not very clean. However, the worst thing was the service at the bar, especially one rude, conceited bartender. The offer includes supposedly imported alcohols, but all the bottles of better alcohols are hidden deep by the bartenders. As for the advantages, it's the beach and varied food.

We stayed at Selectum For Two 12 nights in October 2023; this 6 story, 263 room hotel, opened in 2014. . The hotel guest consisted of mostly Russian-speaking couples, groups, and some families with teenage children, and boy and girl groups of singles under 30 (estimates; 90%-Russian, 5%-Turkish, 3%-German, 2%-other). . At the main hotel bar, the Lobby Bar, we found the table service to be sparse, inadequate, or at times, unavailable. This meant that we often had to stand in line to order our drinks (the photo is the "Lobby Bar"). Imported high quality alcoholic liquor was available, but it was hidden from sight. . The buffet quality varied from average to satisfactory, to good, to monotonous. Dinner theme nights were indiscernible and did not meet our expectations. The coffee served was brewed from an instant coffee machine and was completely unacceptable. . One noticeable absence at the hotel is a dedicated space where guests can come together, enjoy a drink, and socialize with fellow visitors. . Even though there was a "24"-hour bar, the 24-hour bar did not quite operate around the clock as advertised. Furthermore, it was located within the designated dining area, which was neither comfortable nor social. The Lobby Bar, Beach Bar, and the 24-hour Bar function as beverage dispensing stations, where guests queue for drinks, missing the opportunity for a genuine social atmosphere. . We found there to be a shortage of service workers, and all service workers were overwhelmed with work due to the shortage of service staff. All service workers struggled with understanding and speaking English, while other workers understood or spoke no English at all. . The beach area offered privacy due to the absence of directly neighboring hotels. The beach shoreline is a combination of stones, pebbles, and coarse sand, with a steep entry into the water. For a more comfortable experience, beach shoes are recommended. The sun loungers have seen better days. . The room's air-conditioner consistently underperformed, making it difficult to keep the room cool. It's worth noting that the hotel has a well-documented history of air-conditioning problems, as mentioned in reviews on various websites every year. There is an individual temperature control in each room. However, the Selectum For Two Facility Fact Sheet states that the air-conditioning is "Central". 🤔 . It did not help matters that we could not open the sliding glass door before 2:00 a.m. due to loud music and the voices of late-night revelers. . Nightly, at the beach, the relentless onslaught of Electronic Dance Music (EDM) became a never-ending source of irritation with the DJ's relentless barrage of pulsating beats, encompassing dance-pop, house, techno, electro, and trance, managed to transform the setting into a cacophonous nightmare of repetitive, monotonous beats. The music, which can be heard from the hotel's beach venue, as well as from neighboring hotels, served as a jarring reminder of the intrusion

October 6-18, 2023, 12 Nights  This was our fourth holiday at Heaven Beach, now called SELECTUM FOR TWO . The hotel guest consisted of mostly Russian-speaking couples, groups, and some families with teenage children (estimated no. 95% Russian, 3% German, 2% other). There were also some groups of singles under 30 years old. .  At the Lobby Bar, (hidden from sight), they offered excellent branded spirits, liquors, and an extensive cocktail selection. All drinks were generously poured. However, table service was sparse and inadequate, and sometimes, there was no service available. We had to queue up for drinks. . The Buffet Meal quality varied from average to satisfactory, to good, to monotonous. The desserts were outstanding; the coffee was deplorable. .  One noticeable absence at the hotel is a dedicated space where guests can come together, enjoy a drink, and socialize with fellow visitors. . Even though there was a 24-hour bar (not exactly 24 hours), it was located within the designated dining area, which was neither comfortable nor social. The Lobby Bar, Beach Bar, and the 24-hour Bar function as beverage dispensing stations, where guests queue for drinks, missing the opportunity for a genuine social atmosphere. . We found that nearly all service workers struggled with understanding English. Most workers spoke none at all. . The hotel offers Wi-Fi 6 throughout, including at the beach. Nice. . The beach area offered privacy due to the absence of neighboring hotels. The shoreline was a combination of stones, pebbles, and coarse sand, with a steep entry into the water. For a more comfortable experience, it is advisable to wear appropriate beach shoes. . The room air conditioner consistantly under performed. Opening the sliding glass door before 2:00 am was unfortunately not an option because music could be heard until 2:00 am and the voices of late night guests enjoying themselves, which they should, was unavoidable.

We come to this hotel in October with the friends, when you come inside of the hotel the ambiance is nice we got our room it was nice and clean hotel is the far away from side 15min and you gotta walk from hotel to the beach 2min the entertainment team was greafull there are a lot of activities on daily times and the evening everyday they has something for oldest people and for the youngest people but if you are coming to the this hotel you should need to be young and likes the party. Especially thanks to the hotel management and entertainment manager Mr Muhammed

Beautiful hotel, great pool and outdoor areas. Food is really good and the drinks are a good quality. Animation team are great all lead by Mr Muhammet who does the most amazing party nights. He and his team never seem to stop and they work hard to keep you entertained. The only thing that is disappointing is how far away it is. It is not in Side but well past it.

Natalia & Daniela room 1408 It has been the most incredible stay at Selectum For Two! To start with the entertainment part of the hotel - DJ Shafak knows how to turn on the crowd and how to feel the people in front of him! We have been amazed how we were sweating while dancing, because of the fantastic music! On my birthday at 00:00 the DJ put my favourite song (which is a Moldovan song) and the crowd and us just got crazy! The Spa of the hotel was literally the best! Just to start thanking Gulinara for the warmest service! The peeling and scrub and massage in Hamam, we are grateful till the universe to Adem and Sheida! On my birthday, the whole Spa staff surprised me with a birthday song and cake, where I had the possibility to make a wish. We felt like queens! The hotel as well did not leave aside my birthday, and when we were back in the room I was surprised of the gift from the hotel with a bottle of Turkish wine, fruits and birthday card! Thank you for this! The location of Selectum for Two is great. You are far from the crowd and can relax in peace. It is clean and good smelling! The food was just perfect, starting from Turkish delights till drinks! Great thanks to the chef of the hotel, which made the food delicious and the desserts which left us speechless! The staff of the hotel is super friendly and welcoming, all of them made us feel comfortable and our stay amazing! The only regret is that 6 nights is a too short stay for Selectum for Two! Everything was beyond expectations! Leaving here some of the best memories at Selectum for Two! Thank you Selectum, we love you! See you next year for sure! ❤️
