This is an awesome hotel and very close to freeways! Have a good time!

I had no reservation at this hotel.
They did have rooms available and there were cheaper than what you quoted me.
No easily accessible outlets, and as I crawled in the floor to locate one near the bed, there was trash and food behind the bed tables - I have pictures!

Breakfast service was ridiculous. You are not allowed to view the food and have to select from a menu and only one person is served ( very slowly) at a time. I have food allergies and like my eggs cooked a certain way. I just walked away and went to Starbucks.

Very clean, with a helpful staff. During the complimentary breakfast, Elaine served us with a friendly smile. She kept the tables clean and asked us if we needed anything else. She is a gem.

I would definitely come back next time I travel to Knoxville. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and the price of the room more than competitive. Also, the staff was friendly and made every effort to accommodate all of our needs.

Complementary breakfast was guarded by an overbearing woman who was not friendly and welcoming. Never seen the food area was blocked off and guests had to be served one by one. It looked like she had her own business contract with the hotel.
It was the only negative experience in otherwise a wonderful hotel.
The front staffs were courteous and efficient.

It was right beside one of our favorite restaurants. It was Carrabba’s. We had one of the best meals of our lives! That was a really great experience that our meal and our stay were our the top in every way!!!

Clean easy to find. Quick service. Staff very friendly and helpful very professional. Beds comfortable mice room will stay there agin.
