I never met a more friendlier staff than at the Drury in Knoxville so so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great and the appetizers and drinks we outstanding. One more thing very very clean and smells fresh.

The Host at Reception was so friendly and helpful . A warm welcome , thank you ! The room was very clean , spacious,confortable and the extra blankets requested were in the room upon arrival.

We love the Drury Inn chain! This is one of the best we have stayed at. The entire staff from housekeeping to management was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was great and the happy hour in the evening was a wonderful feature. We would like to specifically mention Brandi (food service at breakfast) and Mattie (Assistant Manager at check-in) for their kind, positive attitude! One of the best hotel stays we've had - would highly recommend!

This is the best hotel in Knoxville and we will always choose it! The staff is super friendly, the hotel is superb when it comes to cleanliness, and location is great.

The staff is very pleasant. Even the guy mopping was great (he needs a raise) rooms are always clean this is our spot of choice when we visit knoxville. Been here a few times.

Quick check I’m, just in time for the dinner. Also had popcorn to take to room. Convenient just off highway. Perfect location and welcoming after a long drive.

The staff and drink service was amazing. Very clean, the only thing we did not like was the bedding was itchy and very uncomfortable
Other than that, it was a great stay and would recommend to others
