We had a great 1 night stay at this hotel! This was a wonderful experience! Although we only spent 1 night here, as this was meant to be an overnight stop between cities in our travel road trip, this left such a good impression on us, that we would like to come back to Akashi just to stay in this hotel again. The architecture and the hotel design is very cool, 50's kind of vibe, but it's new of course. The hotel has a club lounge where we could unwind after the drive with complimentary snacks and drinks, including alcohol, and all was free and unlimited. The room was super spacious and designed nicely, with a huge hot tube jacuzzi, and since we took the ocean view room, the view overlooking the ocean and bridge was just breath-taking 👌 The breakfast was just right, and they totally accommodated my meal requests and accomplished to have a very good result... 5 stars here and I would totally want to come back!

I've always been a big fan of the Daiwa Roynet hotel chain. My last two trips to Kobe, I stayed at the REMM by the station. The location is fantastic – a short walk from Sannomiya Station and also close to the airport limousine bus stop. Just around the corner is the Sannomiya shopping street, and Motomachi Station is also nearby. The popular HARBS cafe is right across the street, and Daimaru department store is close by. This area is quieter than Sannomiya, yet the location is absolutely perfect and very convenient for getting around! The rooms are, as always, spacious, and I really appreciate the large bathroom with separate wet and dry areas. The amenities are Sekkisei products. We booked a deluxe king room with an 1.8-meter bed, which was very comfortable for one adult and one child. The room was also cleaned thoroughly every day! The front desk service was good, and they offer luggage storage after check-out. If you're looking for a quiet yet convenient place, I highly recommend staying here!

Excellent location: It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the subway station, facing the sea, next door is the sea world, there is a hotel dedicated passage, no need to queue. The hotel buffet has a rich menu, with Kobe and cattle, exceeding expectations, and the staff is enthusiastic. There is a laundry room on the first floor, and there are two dolphins in the garden.

This was our top choice hotel for summer school in Kobe, and the school bus stopped right downstairs, making daily commutes incredibly convenient. The hotel's location is excellent, about a 15-minute walk from Sannomiya. Getting to Shin-Kobe Station for the Shinkansen, Sannomiya Station for the JR lines, or simply taking the subway from downstairs is all very easy. There are also bus stops right outside for trips to Rokko or Sannomiya. You can also catch a bus from Shin-Kobe Station, accessible via a connected walkway, to areas like Umie, Kobe Harborland, and Meriken Park. Even trips to the outlet mall and Kobe Airport are easily manageable. So, transportation truly is a breeze. The hotel itself has a good number of rooms, and the front desk area is grand, spacious, and open. There was a minor hiccup during check-in, but the staff resolved it immediately. We stayed on the 29th floor, the highest non-executive floor, which was relatively quiet and offered fantastic views. We could see the Nunobiki cable car station right next door and the ocean in the distance. At night, enjoying the city lights from our room was truly delightful. The room was a good size, offering plenty of space to move around, and even had a sofa and a desk, which was perfect for my daughter to do her writing. The two complimentary bottles of mineral water each day tasted great, and the aluminum cans were very light to carry out. The shower had excellent water pressure, making both showering and bathing very comfortable. The hairdryer was a little weak, though, taking a bit of time to dry hair. Hotel breakfast was an absolute highlight! First, I want to commend every single dining staff member for their meticulous and thoughtful service. We dined in the restaurant every day during our half-month stay, and after just a few days, the staff recognized us. They would always smile and greet us proactively when we entered and exited the restaurant, which felt very welcoming. The breakfast itself was incredibly rich, with a full selection of vegetables and fruits, both in quantity and quality, making the breakfast-included option highly recommended. During this time, we did cause a little trouble once or twice 🙏 and we are truly sorry for that. However, the staff were incredibly friendly and responded very promptly, which deeply touched my daughter and me. Thank you again for your hard work; your service was truly exceptional! The housekeeping staff were also very thorough and attentive. Every day, as soon as I hung the 'do not disturb' sign and left, they would immediately spring into action. By the time I returned, the room was already spotlessly clean. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again for a while next year.

Dongheng Inn Hotel: Stayed Once, Loved Forever! Folks, I seriously can't let anyone *not* know about Dongheng Inn Hotel! I stayed here on my recent trip, and the experience was absolutely phenomenal. I just had to share! **Fantastic Location** The hotel's location is simply unbeatable, with incredibly convenient transportation links. There are snack streets, shopping malls, and everything you could possibly need nearby, catering to all sorts of interests. It's perfect for both sightseeing and shopping. **Wonderful Rooms** The rooms are cozy and comfortably furnished. The bed was so soft, like sleeping on a cloud – I slept like a baby every single night! Plus, the cleanliness was impeccable, not a speck of dust, which made me feel completely at ease. **Exceptional Service** The hotel staff's service attitude was absolutely outstanding – so warm and attentive. Check-in and check-out were incredibly fast, and they even proactively helped with my luggage. One day I wasn't feeling well, and they even brought me medicine, which was incredibly thoughtful. **Amazing Value for Money** The price is very reasonable, and considering the service and environment, it's simply incredible value for money.

Once in a lifetime experience for me and my wife to see the spectacular views from our room both at night and in the morning. Also, the glamping facilties are top notch. Yuna and Yuki guided us step by step on how to prepare our dinner and breakfast. They are kind and we fully enjoy the process. We love the place and the people from Nature Live. Strongly recommended indeed!

This Toyoko feels good, simple and fast, with skin care products and milk, breakfast is free. Trip.com breakfast is delivered when booking, and the price of breakfast is similar to that of other hotels without breakfast, the service is also very good, the bedding is clean

Walking distance to many tourist point, jz nearby china tow and train station. Family mart is jz downstairs of the hotel. I'd love the hotel service, customer service was nice... We keep our baggage at hotel whole day after check out also not a problem. The most lovely was the body shampoo, smell good and it feel good quality. I will stay again if come Kobe next time. Worth and good to stay.

The room was cozy. I arrived a bit early in the afternoon, so I just left my luggage at the front desk and went out. I didn't return to the room until 8 or 9 pm, and my suitcase was already safely there. The kettle on the tea table was full of boiled water, and sitting down to have a cup of hot tea made me feel right at home. The staff were also very nice, and basic English was fine for communication. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but enough for one person. The breakfast was Japanese, which was a first for me, and quite novel. I tried various side dishes, and I especially liked the tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelet) and the yam salad. The guesthouse is about one tram stop (?) from Sannomiya, Kobe, but you have to walk up a big hill from the tram stop to get there, which can be a bit tiring if you're dragging a suitcase. It's also quite close to Motomachi, making it convenient for casual strolling around.

Just a two-minute walk from the Shinchi station exit, turning right. Super convenient! There's a supermarket diagonally across the street, which is cheaper than convenience stores for groceries. It's also easy to get to Sannomiya and Meriken Park from here.
