One of the best resorts I have visited so far. The rooms are quite comfortable, and the food is delicious. The best part is the people there. Everyone is so warm, welcoming and friendly. They tried maximum to make sure that we meet our needs. Totally worth it , good place for family. Thank you

beautiful resort. We went as a family and stayed in the villa. The ambience is perfect for a weekend getaway from busy city life. The resort has indoor and outdoor games facility swimming pool, campfire. The food was amazing with a variety of different cuisines with veg and non veg options. There is also a big children's play area for younger kids. In short, it is a perfect place for all members of the family to enjoy.

We stayed here for 1 night with family ,we felt the hospitality was same as earlier and they upgraded few rooms , which is villas. Next time definitely we will try to stay in Villas, Deluxe villas are much speciaus and found pool was very cleaned

One of the best hotels in coorg . little bit far from main town coorg madikeri. however it's worth and defiantly value for money. Delicious food is one of the best things of the hotel. many site seeing places are within the radius of 30 kms in a d around the hotel.

We had a scary as hell experience at Palm Era. To begin with the resort did not inform us or any other guests that the approach road to the resort had been under construction for the last 10 days. On reaching the 'road-closed' sign, we were told that the resort will send someone to guide us to a parking place, which turned out to be some 500 meters away from the resort. This parking place was through narrow interior forest lanes, which was difficult to remember for us. From the parking place, we were transferred to a rickety van which took us to the resort. So, whenever we wanted to go out or come back, we had to depend on the resort vehicle for picking/dropping us to the parking place. Though this was inconvenient, we decided to overlook it as we didn’t want to spoil our trip. Every evening we had to call the resort to pick us from the parking place. However, one night while returning to the resort, they just stopped picking our phone. We were left stranded in the dark and desolate parking place for roughly an hour. While me and my wife were frantically trying everything to get in touch with the resort, our son got afraid of the darkness and started crying. We tried to get in touch with Goibibo (we had booked through them) as well but there was no way to contact them on the app. Finally, after trying everything for an hour, we gathered our courage and knocked on the door of a house, whose owner was kind enough to help us and luckily knew the way to the resort and dropped us in his own personal vehicle. So, despite paying upwards of 6k per night we were left at the kindness of strangers to reach the resort. A harrowing experience for us. On reaching the resort we were told that the person responsible for pick-ups had an emergency and hence was unavailable. However, why no one was picking up on other numbers was not clear. Further, knowing that guests would be returning, any responsible resort would have contacted the guests proactively to inform about the situation and avoid unnecessary panic. Further, there is just two numbers given out by the resort (both of which were not being answered) everywhere with no back-up or alternate number to contact them. Further, we were also disappointed with Goibibo support during emergency. The resort property is nice though. It is surrounded by fields and forests that gives it rich biodiversity. We enjoyed the various flowers and trees and spotted a variety of insects and even the red-naped Ibis bird. However, the room, amenities, cleanliness, food etc. were unremarkable. Overall, we did not have a good time and found it to be overpriced for what it offers, even if we keep aside the above incident.

I was thoroughly impressed with this resort both in terms of cleanliness and the kind of hospitality offered. Robel and Stevil were very attentive towards our needs be it food or room cleaning. All staff members were well behaved and very supportive. I really recommend everyone visiting Coorg to stay at this resort for a pleasant experience
