complete satisfaction, we will be happy to return. The room was clean, clean towels and water supply every day, friendly staff, close to the beach, close to everywhere. The only mistake was the paid sunbeds on the beach, and watch out for hedgehogs, there were several accidents

Cheating prizes in the room, show picture of different , and have to pay allready.when coming plaze, room different and dont want to give change room , because pay all ready custom service very poor this place not coming here i cannot recommend anypody of this

After 20 years living in Thailand I was served the worst food I’ve ever had. Well done to the chef, I’ve been served poor food before but he took it too another level. PS. Five people ordered and only 2 ate any food. The Thai food was awful and the beef burger was even worse

We booked into Toks for one night as our previous hotel was fully booked for our final night on Koh Samet. On checking in we were shown the room opposite the reception as the room we had booked wasn’t ready, on checking the room it looked ok so not a problem. Unfortunately later that evening when we turned down the bed sheets we noticed they were creased and didn’t look fresh and then found black hairs and dirty marks ! My partner went over and spoke to a man who sat near the reception and asked for clean bedding he was pointed to a sign stating call a number for out of hours, we then explained we didn’t have a Thai phone to call and could he, his response was no, we then tried to send a message however this wasn’t delivered. The next morning I spoke to lady on reception I think she was the owner or manager and explained we weren’t happy that we had dirty sheets and showed photos she wasn’t happy and said we should have said something when we checked in .. I went on to explain I didn’t check the bedding as I’ve never had a problem with dirty bedding! She basically went onto say it was only hair … she was rude and was shouting! I walked away in disgust at the bad attitude and nasty tone of voice. We then went for a walk on our return we sat on the terrace when 3 tourist police arrived they we’re looking over then talking, they then came over and asked us what our problem was … I explained that the problem was not having clean bedding and went onto explain what had happened.. it was crazy the woman had called them! The police then asked how the situation could be resolved we simply said make sure the hotels that tourists are paying for get clean bedding! The police then asked the woman to come over who then apologised to us and agreed to pay 500thb as compensation, the police then said if we had any more problems to call 115! The police then went, we then continued to check out when the woman turned nasty again and put an A4 size document with various fines on the reception counter then 3 staff went into the room using their phone touch trying to find issues then tried to say the dirty marks were new and we need to pay ! I said no and referred back to the photos that were taken the previous evening and needed to argue they were being unreasonable and the dirt was from them not changing the sheets! My partner then said just call 115 and get the tourist police back and asked for the 500 thb as agreed she then handed over 300 … he said this wasn’t acceptable and said we would wait for the police to come back! Eventually she handed over the additional 200 thb and we walked away! Toks should be avoided at all costs! A dirty, unfriendly and nasty woman who called the tourist police to try and intimidate us because they were trying to cut corners and not change the bedding! Awful experience .. DO NOT RISK staying here!!! Never in Thailand have we experienced this kind of behaviour .. I’m not certain the woman was Thai and this was some of the problem

Before toks was my favorite, but now service very poor, even room not cleaning, and have to ask that reseption.restaurant food go also dawn, veryless eating , And quality bad.next time i go some vere else place.

Попала в эту гостинице случайно, но не пожалела. Месторасположение отличное, хороший пляж и недалеко от магазинов и ресторанов. При желании можно пешком дойти до пирса. 20-25 мин по пляжу Домики просторные. Ест все необходимое. Подниматься к домикам по хорошим широким ступеням. Удобно Очень жаль что в стоимость не включены завтраки и лежаки на пляже. Так же хотелось бы какие-то души для ног, так как весь песок несётся в домики.

Alles wie immer ….Treppen,sehr leise Aircondition,nette Leute….. Toks ist einfach ne Bank…. Wenig Touristen, viele altbekannte Kellner aus dem angeschlossenen Restaurant sind wegen Corona nach Hause und werden wohl nie wieder kommen … Manchmal ist es schon traurig zu sehen…. Sagt im Restaurant Bescheid was ihr am Abend essen wollt denn Vorratshaltung kann sich keiner leisten im Moment. Jeder einzelne Baht wird gebraucht….Seht über Unzulänglichkeiten hinweg denn hier gibts keine Hilfspakete….. Alle kämpfen……
