This hotel seems spectacular in the pictures, and we were very excited to go there for a few days. Unfortunately, the hotel staff shattered our expectations for a good vacation. During our stay, the receptionist wanted to send some workers to fix the TV in our room. We didn't even know the TV was broken and didn't want anyone to disturb our vacation. When we were about to checkout, the hotel staff accused us of causing damage to the furniture. Also, the prices for the damage were created on the spot. I am still trying to figure out how they assigned costs for water damage and scratches to the table's surface. First, they accused us of deliberately breaking the room's kettle, while in reality, the kettle wasn't turning off on its own and was spitting water around it. Secondly, they accused us of scratching the coffee table, while in reality, we only put women's handbags on it and never used it for food or anything else. Later on, the Client Relationship manager continued yelling at us, and we were shocked by this behavior at a 5-star resort. Now I regret not recording her behavior. Seeing this kind of low behavior from an establishment that claims to be a high-end resort that values its guests' impressions is truly astonishing. A very disappointing experience.
