It's an awesome experience to enjoy Taj hospitality throughout our stay at Taj. The rooms were well decorated with all needful amenities. Hugely arranged dinner and breakfast under homely ambience have charmed us. We wish all round growth and popularity of this young Taj property across eastern India in days to come.

Picturesque and well kept property. Staff exceptionally attentive to details and requests. Really appreciated Reshmi at the reception, who helped with checkin and an impromptu property tour. The rooms are spacious, full of character and come with a balcony. The restaurant looks out onto the property and the staff are very courteous and accommodating.

Amazing hospitality special mention to Saud of the hospitality team, he was really great and helped us throughout! Loved the experience in all. Also check out the rhythm bar their selection of cocktails are the best, hopefully they keep up the good work

Akaash and Mindy at the lounge were very courteous and helpful! We had the hot chocolate, prawns kasundi, kheema samosa chaat and asparagus roesti of which I highly recommend the first two items. The place has a beautiful view of the lake too.

This is our second visit and it’s lovely not just the food but a resort ambience ***** with a great team taking care like home at ur verandah. Debdeep Sarkar & Latasha were amazing in recommending and with all lovely gestures. When we think of Taj we admire Ratan Sir for bringing this to us at par with any international brands. T u

Our stay was excellent, people working here are too good....and the hospitality is excellent.... Special Thankyou to chef Kushal for the amazing cake for my son's birthday... The food was also very good and hygienic.... Thankyou to all the staffs....Debdeep; Latasha; Sabir;Abhijit n more from the restaurant The morning housekeeping staffs were also soo good - Monalisha; Prachi and Mansi....

a lovely staycation with my girls. Food was outstanding . The chef made sure we loved the experience by making special meal for us. Mansi from housekeeping . Pragati from FnB were very hospitable . Looking forward to come again. Thanks for the service

Excellent staff and ambience. A place worth going again and again. A new chip off the block but already established. Liked the fire fighting drill they carry out, thus ensuring safety to the residents. A home away from home. The food and menu is excellent and curated to bring in the spirit of Kolkata.
