This hotel I'd rate at -1. Maintenance: minus 3 Attitude of service: minus 1 Quality of Bathroom: minus 2 Overall experience: Horrible Would advise all to stay far away from this hotel. The room at best can be priced at Rs 1000.

This is a pathetic place . Actually should be scored minus on scale of 1-5. The reception is dingy. Rooms are dilapidated . Stains every where. Faucet broken. Showers don't work. No intercom in rooms. Breakfast is served meagre. The Worst is they give a gate pass while leaving . Inhospitable place . To lock the room one had to use keys i.e. from inside when you are in room. No latches. Service is delayed . Staff is stressed though good so service heavily affected .

Stayed here with friends for a night. The rooms are damp and the service is bad. Breakfast was served slowly and otherwise too, the food options are limited. I think the rooms are priced high due to a monopoly of remotely decent hotels in Joka. If you're staying in IIM Calcutta for a course, try getting a booking at TATA Hall or MDC (***aged by Sarovar Portico) inside the campus. The rooms and food are way better and similarly priced.
