Hotel is not professional as stated in the booking. It does not even deserve a 2 star rating. Food is not standard. Boat riding was booked, but delayed by 1 hour, then trip time was cut short by half an hour.

A clean comfy place to stay with family and friends, backyard and the view in morning by lakeside is awesome. Has got a nice dining area with a picturesque view. Staffs are welcoming and help us to get settled easily.

Well maintained and spacious rooms. Good privacy. It was less crowded when we went so we could enjoy the stay well. Amazing views.

The property is easily accessible from railway station and bus stand, kollam. The stay here was perfect and mind relaxing. The in house restaurant serves good food. The ambience and other services were extraordinary

Excellent location with lake facing rooms and ample parking space. But our room was worn out and badly needed renovation. Since we just stayed just for a night it was ok. Breakfast was very minimal but the food was tasty

Location is great. Ashtamudi lake is right in front. View is awesome. They have to improve the room quality and also the reception.

This is the best budget 4 star hotel i have ever stayed. From service to food to staffs to cleanliness to amenities everything is top notch. I really fell connected to the hotel during the stay. Definitely recommend and visit again.
