White Rock of Kos Hotel - Adults Only

Eines der schönsten Hotels, in denen wir je waren. Service ist Hervorragend, Zimmer sind der Wahnsinn. Der Ausblick ist unbeschreiblich und das Personal ist extrem freundlich. Würden das Hotel jedem empfehlen. Ein Mietwagen ist hier von Vorteil.

In one word WAUW! First of all the location is really phenomenal, what a beautiful hotel. Incredibly neat and clean and the people who work there are all more than nice! Perfect pool, full breakfast and delicious choices for lunch and dinner. (With of course that beautiful view in the background) This hotel is definitely a must if you want to go to Kos!!

Myself & my partner have just come back from our holiday in Kos. We stayed at the White Rock Hotel which we’d had booked for some months and were eagerly awaiting it doing the usual holiday countdown. All the pictures and the details about it looked amazing and we thought if it’s as good as it looks we’ll be over the moon. We booked a junior suite with a jacuzzi which also had a sea view. After arriving in Kos in the early hours of the morning after delays from gatwick etc we arrived and were both greeted by Mariola who welcomed us with a huge smile. As we had arrived in the early hours after a long journey we were hungry and thirsty. Although the restaurant was closed Mariola had kept some food & drink by for us which was greatly received. Mariola showed us to our rooms where we were delighted with what we saw. The room, the bathroom & the balcony was excellent!!! Everyday was a joy to be staying at this Luxury hotel not only for all the amenities and layout but for all of the truly excellent polite and very helpful team! Everyday we were just wowed by the special feelings we were left with after Any & Every interaction/glance/wave by All of the team that worked tirelessly to make you feel Exceptionally welcome! All our needs were catered for in any possible aspect of our stay. Wether it be the great variety of offerings at the all inclusive breakfast or to the in house evening restaurant meals the quality of the food and how it was cooked was of an exceptional standard and would suit anybody looking for a fine dining experience. The team in the kitchen to the team in the restaurant all were great too and really added to our experience. Due to easyjet cancelling our flight we were left needing a hotel for an extra night and the decision was an easy one. Mariola and the team went out of their way to help us ensuring we were looked after and could again enjoy one more night at the White Rock Hotel which was music to our ears. On the last night we met the general manager who was a lovely man and also asked if he could help us in any way too. We couldn’t wait to tell him how great our stay had been and what a great experience we’d had. I wanted the final thanks to be to the team of guys in the Buggy golf carts that really want to help transporting you from place to place. They really wanted to make sure your movements up and down the hotel was as effortless as possible. They were all awesome and would go out of their way to transport you all over the hotel at any time you wanted with a simple call from room service. This was a perk we’d never experienced at any hotel before and was a classy touch indeed! Thank you to everyone that helped create great Kos summer 2022 holiday. Brad & Sam

after reading all of the great reviews for this hotel my boyfriend and I were so excited to arrive here! everything went smoothly after leaving manchester airport and when we arrived in kos we coulnd't fault the airport or easyjet staff who were there to organise our transfer. we had a mini bus all to ourselves and when we arrived at the hotel 15 mins after leaving the airport we were blown away. it really is a beautiful view and kos is gorgeous. we were greeted with our luggage kept in the foyer part of reception and checked in quite quickly. we were told about menus being accessible via QR code on our phones, and advised of dining times within the hotel. 8am-11am breakfast, 12pm-5pm lunch and 6pm-10pm dinner. we went to the hotel restaurant for dinner. this is where we realised no menus were available, it was to be accessed from your phone throughout our stay. I understand covid may have initiated this, however nobody let us know this. we felt clueless at dinner and the atmosphere was lacking. the staff were nice enough, however we coulnd't feel relaxed here. we opted for the spring rolls and bread platter as starters, and originally wanted a seafood pasta for myself, and a seafood lasagna for my boyfriend. we were told the lasagna was not available today so he opted for the same pasta as me. this seafood pasta was to comprise of shrimps, mussels & scallops. Yum, or so we would have thought! unfortunately this came with mussels, prawns (both in shells but no dish to pop the shells in) crab sticks that were VERY jelly in texture (quite horrible to eat in all honesty) and little bits of octopus. Now i love seafood, but this was not enjoyable. it felt very poor as a first impression and considering we had last ate at 6am that morning, we were hoping for something much nicer. we were tired and had an early night, only to be woken up with my boyfriend being violently sick. all the symptoms appeared to be food poisoning and all we could put it down to was the seafood. I was luckily fine, but we do strongly believe that something went wrong here. first night of the holiday was spent with him sleeping on the bathroom floor in agony from tummy cramps & extreme sickness & diarrhoea. it was unfortunate and disappointing. i went up to reception the following morning and spoke to the receptionist with short blonde hair. I explained that I wanted to let them know my boyfriend has food poisoning from the restaurant the night before and would like some water sent to the room for him, as the hotel has no shop on site, or within reasonable walking conditions to get to. the closest one is "supermarket jim" which is a dirt track hilly walk away from the hotel. fine on the way down, not so fine on the way back up the steep hills. I was responded with "how do you know it is food poisoning??" I can fully accept we wont 100% know, but with my mum being a nurse for 40+ years, we can say the symptoms he suffered were all signs of food poisoning. regardless, i thought it

We were here for a week in July 2022. We had a great time! What a lovely hotel, the view is stunning and the staff is really friendly. Especially the cleaning lady, Maria, who cleaned our room was amazing! Very friendly, discrete and professional. Thank you so much! We will definitely come back and can recommend this hotel!

We recently had a lovely relaxing holiday here, the place is immaculately clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful, we had a pool with our junior suite and it was lovely, beds were so comfortable especially the pillows!! overall a lovely holiday. getting around can be a difficult so do recommend a car. booked through a lovely young lady on intele travel uk

The staff were attentive and absolutely 5 star, special mention to Georgios at the pool bar for great cocktails and conversation and to the lady who checked us in (I didn’t catch her name). The room was lovely too with a small infinity pool and breathtaking views. If only the food was of a better quality then I would give 5 stars overall, but the food experience really let it down. For the price (compared to Kefalos resort) I was expecting fine dining to reflect the 5 star hotel. Our room service order was wrong on two items (one item was missing, and one was the wrong item despite the lady on the phone repeating my order back to me) Coffe pods were not provided for the in room coffee machine. Breakfast was just ok though. Such a shame because the hotel is really stunning.

Fantastic hotel the decor is mostly white throughout including the bedroom very relaxing we had a lovely room with a large balcony with a jacuzzi and a lovely view of the sea The staff are really nice and helpful and the food and service was excellent also there is a huge pool and plenty of loungers to relax and sun bathe I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back next year
