I am on vacation several times a year. I was very positively surprised by this hotel! Beautiful view of the swimming pool and the sea. The Maldives is my number 1 but this place is like the Maldives in Europe. amazing! beautiful hotel! nice service, delicious food and great animations also for adults! Aqua gym with Magix is the best on Kos! ❤️ I will come back in next year !

Last July, we stayed as a couple in a sea view room and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean had a nice balcony and a very comfortable bed. The food was excellent and the variety was remarkable . I don’t have words for the infinity though we also enjoyed the beach which was very clean and calm. I recommend that you do not miss the sunrise, especially if you enjoy photography and videography. Overall I highly recommend it

Just leaving today after a fabulous ten days. Staff are super friendly and so helpful. We’ve had a lovely time and would definitely recommend, beds are really comfy and we usually stayed at the middle pool which was really relaxing with a very chill vibe. We went to the infinity pool for a drink at 5pm this is busier with a real holiday vibe. Food was really good,we went for dinner in Kos a few nights which was lovely. Hotel arranged a trip to Zia which was a really magical evening we had dinner at the Aramando which was divine. Thanks Michaelangelo we will be back.

This hotel certainly cannot claim to be luxurious or 5-star! I booked a room with a sea view, and in the photo, the room looked impeccable and clearly appeared to be in the front row. When we checked in, we were given a room in the second row, and it definitely wasn't as impressive as in the photo. I won't comment on the food; it's like being in a cafeteria. Absolutely do not recommend!!!

Upon arrival I had some issues with room etc however I met with the delightful manager of the hotel and Nina and they resolved the issues immediately and went above and beyond with their level of customer service. I am very impressed with them and the manager is a lovely man and he deserves a holiday!!

A review of this type of hotel is difficult as it really depends on what’s most important to you…. We found the facilities really impressive (pools, friendliness of the staff and the room itself were all very good) and were definitely of a 5 star quality. However, what we felt let it down was the food - I get that it’s hard to mass cater but it really did feel like a school canteen every morning and night with the queueing and not much changing in terms of food choice from one day to the next. We usually like to try different restaurants on holiday and appreciate that this wasn’t going to be possible here, as it is predominantly an all inclusive hotel, but I did expect there to be more variety and better food options. For us, it was all just a bit monotonous. I would however recommend the Soya restaurant which you are allowed to visit once during your stay - food was good and it was just sooo nice to eat somewhere different for a change. The bar area of the hotel was also difficult to get a seat in every night and I’d imagine it will be even worse in high season. But the entertainment was very good if you could get a seat in there. It should also be noted that the hotel is pretty isolated with nothing much else reachable on foot, apart from the Therma pools, which are about 3km away so you need to get a bus or hire a car if you don’t want to spend the whole holiday in the hotel. I would recommend the 3 Island cruise which was a fun day out and, again, broke up our time a bit. My only other gripe is the sunbeds. To be fair, we did actually manage to get one every day, by arriving by 10am. However, the hotel claims to have a policy of removing any towels placed on sunbeds by the usual selfish ****** early in the morning. We saw no evidence of this policy being enforced and often saw unused sunbeds with towels left on them all day or, worse still, people coming down at 1pm and removing their towels, having changed their mind about sunbathing but having deprived others of getting a sunbed 😡. So selfish and I think the hotel should be stricter on this because, again, I think it will be a major issue in high season and isn’t what you expect from a 5 star hotel. Despite the negative points I’ve raised, I do think the hotel is very nice and has a lot of plus points. It just needs to improve in a few areas to get my rating up from a 4 to a 5.

a wonderful resort, gorgeous I can say, full of wonderful and hardworking people. we want to thank them for the way they received us and treated us, they were wonderful. a great team, warm and welcoming people. Alina, the barmaid on the beach, an incredible person, full of energy, a special woman, smiling and friendly. The waiters are special guys too, I was amazed when I saw how hardworking and friendly they are, I was left with only pleasant memories, thank you for the welcome!
