I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gaia Palace, and I must say, the highlight of my visit was the incredible animator, Jordan. His dancing skills are absolutely phenomenal, effortlessly drawing everyone in with his energy and talent. Jordan creates an amazing atmosphere that truly makes everyone feel included and entertained. His creativity knows no bounds, constantly coming up with new ideas and games that ensure everyone has a fantastic time. Whether it's organizing fun activities during the day or hosting lively evening events, Jordan's enthusiasm and passion shine through, making every moment memorable. If you're looking for an unforgettable experience, Jordan at Gaia Palace is the one to make it happen. His dedication to making sure everyone enjoys their time is truly commendable. Best hoilday ever! Hotel was amazing, definitely 5 star experience! Rooms cleaned every day, food so yummy so much to do around the hotel golf, entertainment, darts,bingo, quiz and so much more! The pools are amazing and so clean! Would recommend anyone to go family, couples or friends! So much to do for kids! The staff are so kind and help you in anyway possible! They made our hoilday! Jordan, Annie and andi have made it for us! Will definitely be coming back here

Staff In the hotel was extremely friendly, Ane and andi are so down to earth and are the friendliest bar staff we’ve ever had on a holiday. Jordan from the animation team made us feel very welcome and is a legend, food was very nice and the hotel room was cleaned spotless by the cleaners, would come back and visit again for sure

Just got back from this amazing hotel, we had the best holiday 🤩 I couldn’t fault anything .. lovely clean rooms , 1st class service , Dimitris on the front desk was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble , he’s a true credit to this hotel. 🤩 Absolutely loved the food and service given in the restaurant..all the staff are super friendly And the hotel manager does an amazing job here .. Can’t wait to return and visit again .. Thankyou sooooo much for looking after us so well 🥰🩷

I've already been there 3 times, in the meantime I've been to other similar hotels, but this year I'm happy to go there for the 4th time :). The best thing for me about this place is some exceptionally good energy and atmosphere, where I feel very comfortable, safe and chill. There is a wonderful garden, lots of greenery make this place special. The hotel is small so it is very quiet and intimate. What I appreciate is hotel staff, especially the manager, whom my son calls "my favorite lady". She is a very warm, cheerful and charming woman, not only towards guests but also, and perhaps above all, towards employees. Personally, I think this is very important because it creates a positive atmosphere among employees who are very natural and spontaneous, they talk and joke with you or among themselves, it's good to be hosted by that people. The hotel has a great swimming pool complex for small children especially in the neighboring Gaya Royal hotel that you can use. The beach is also wonderful, sandy and intimate (only fo r hotel's guests) with a nice beach bar (additionally paid). Some people may consider the limited all-inclusive offer (e.g. paid drinks at the bar) or the modest evening entertainment as a disadvantage, but it depends on your needs, personally I don't particularly care about it. The food is tasty and of good quality, my wife has a very sensitive stomach which "detects" poorer quality food - she has always felt good here. The hotel is intimate, so the variaty of food is naturally slightly smaller than in large hotels. Apart from swimming pools and the beach, children also enjoy a mini zoo. Moreover, my son willingly took part in activities organized by the animators from the travel operator. I think it is a great place for families with small children, where the space for children is friendly and attractive, and the atmosphere and character of the hotel will allow parents to spend good time with their children, rest and relax :).

We loved the bar and waiting staff at this hotel. They were so friendly, helpful and fun! We had a particularly good experience from 2 of the poolside bar staff who work from 3 til late. Our room was newly renovated and comfortable, close to the pools which were clean and well maintained. We had our room serviced daily to an exceptional standard. Clean towels daily. Chairs and beds available outside or room and across the complex daily. Loses half a mark for food which was variable, we found very few things which we enjoyed (mainly made sandwiches out of the food and ate fruit) but we had raised the standard of food with reception who were happy to also raise this with the kitchen. Other half a mark is for the managers poor attitude. She obviously has very high standards which is great but we witnessed many occasions where she was intimidating to or shouting at staff in front of us. The staff have given us a lovely experience so to witness them being spoken to rudely was not great. We would return to this hotel again.

It was disappointing, my friends and I went for a girls holiday, it turned out to be one from hell. A situation arose and when we looked into it once returning home the hotel had tried to flip the situation on us. Disgraceful behaviour, wouldn't recommend. Stay away

Sitting in the beautiful lobby waiting for our transfer to airport. We've had a fabulous week. ALL the staff are friendly and polite and extremely hard working. Food is 1st class, everything is spotlessly clean. Beds a little too firm for me.

Nice hotel with large pool and spacious sun bed area’s with three further pools among the apartments that never seemed overly busy. There is a pool bar where you can get coffee as well as a good variety of drinks all the bar staff are amazing Anastasia, Demitri and kevi to name a few are warm, welcoming and great fun. The food is better than good it definitely could be warmer but sometimes there was a lack of it coming out on time leading to empty buffet dishes, the salads are very good, breakfast was the worse for me but still managed to find something on Thursdays the hotel put on a BBQ that is fabulous there was so much food the staff worked really hard to make it special for the guests. Ice cream and snacks are available through the day although snacks are very poor we had cookies stale donuts and breakfast croissants. Like every where in this hotel our room was spotless and spacious. The beach is a short flat walk away less than 10 minutes sun loungers are free, there is a bar there that only takes card payment very reasonable and yes I would return to this hotel. It’s Greece there’s mosquitoes and lots of ants pack repellent and enjoy
