Overall hotel is quit decent but the do not provide a good blanket

Room is very poor quality & food is very poor. I got food poisoning in the morning after eating at night.

The experience was not so good as the room was not properly clean. Their was water leakage in washbasin and foul smell in bathroom

Good staff behaviour. Hotel room cleaning also good. Good hotel if you want to stay near by kota railway station.

I feel comfortable in this property, staff are also good and rooms near and clean but food is not too good. Rest all are too good.

All over its good experience with ralltenio hotel. There staff behaviour is very nice. Room was also clean but bedsheets are look like not washed properly. And all over good for if you are stay to near kota railway station. It's good choice.

1. On entering hotel and telling the reception about booking, i was told i cannot stay as no room is available. On confirming that i had a confirmed booking, i was told that it is my problem. A couple of minutes after that, i was told that i can check in but will have to check out before 8 am as they have a marriage booking. When i showed the receptionist the booking confirmation with 12 pm checkout time, he told that i cannot stay and can cancel my booking. On telling him that it is non refundable, he said that he doesnt care. A sorry state. After assuring him that i have to leave early morning, i was given a room. 2. On entering the room, the floor appeared to have been cleaned but was still dusty. I could find small insects too. The bathroom appeared clean but had many small cockroaches. No bathroom kit available except handwash. 3. The other hotel staff were courteous and responsive. 4. Overall not a good experience and cannot confirm the hotel as a three star as claimed during the booking.
