got the deluxe queen room. this was my view. had a pleasant stay despite broken lift on the night of check-in but it was immediately fixed the next day. receptionist was responsive when i needed to help with the locked bathroom door early in the morning. thank you! they provide iron at the hall.

Stay in a superior room. Receptionist is approachable and polite. Room is quite clean, except linen has a bit old stain. Hair dryer is available by collecting self at the counter. Housekeeping not available after 6p.m.

I had a wonderful experience at this place.It a nice and very close to UI**. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing.I highly recommend this hotel.
