This was my second time at ***altheeram and it's an absolutely no regrets decision. Its difficult to make everyone but truly, everyone, working here is simply amazing with their zeal to give every guest a good experience, personal and professional at the same time. The treatments at the Ayurvedic center are truly rejuvenating and the doctors patiently address any new questions you have. The therapists inspire confidence as the same ones work with you through your stay. The location is next to a beautiful beach, and in between a church on one side and a stunning temple on the other side - already setting the scene for end of year gratitude! The food is wholesome and Sattvik. The coffee- amazing.

We wanted a high Quality Place for Ayurveda and we got it. Everything was exzellent. From the Doctors, the Therapist, the Food, the Servive and the Location. The Ocean in Front of the Place, a Buffet, you can’t resist and amazing Meditation- & Yogateachers. 5 Stars!

This place is a slice of paradise for those looking to reset, be held in natural beauty, receive brilliant treatments and eat healthy, delicious food. I actually can't really believe how beautiful the grounds are, even though it was my third visit. I have returned home feeling so much better than when I arrived -- people keep telling me how well I look! This is an Ayurvedic resort, so most people, including me, are/were there doing an Ayurvedic treatment plan. I think a few people mistake ***altheeram for a regular hotel, and although it offers ***y of the amenities of the hotel experience, it's a little different and you won't be ordering a plate of fries and a beer by the pool. It's a really safe, welcoming environment to truly rest in, surrounded by other guests who are doing the same, which makes it very respectful and peaceful. The staff are all amazing: so welcoming, creating a family-like atmosphere which makes this place feel like home. I can't wait to return. A special call out to my amazing therapist Maya, who treated me with such care.

Had a blissful 10-day stay at ***altheeram in February.  The location is beautiful -- perched on a cliff, facing the Arabian Sea, and away from the crowds. The property is beautifully maintained, and the surroundings provided me with an opportunity to take a deep breath, relax and reconnect with nature.  The resort was full capacity during my stay but ***agement does a good job running the resort, and at no point in time, it felt crowded or busy. There is opportunity to mingle with other guests as much or as little as one desires. I spent some of my time interacting with other guests but I also spent a lot of time reading and relaxing on my own and just staring at the gorgeous blue ocean at my doorstep. I felt very safe while there and I have no hesitation staying there alone. The food was amazing -- fresh and good quality. It's a vegetarian's paradise. The staff working in the dining area are simply wonderful and try really hard to support your requirements and make your meals a delight. Housekeeping also makes a genuine effort to keep you happy. There is a laundry facility on-site that I used several times during my stay. I met with my assigned Ayurveda practitioner daily for consultation, followed by the treatment that they recommended. I enjoyed the daily 2-hour massages and treatments that are geared to your needs and requirements. I had signed up for rejuvenation therapy, and I returned home much more focused on eating right and taking care of my physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.  Finally, I think it's the people that make a place truly memorable, and I felt I was saying goodbye to family when departing. I'm already planning my next visit to ***altheeram and hope to make this an annual retreat for myself.

After one week of massages, yoga, meditation and delicious food we feel truly rejuvenated. We had one of the beautiful cottages with garden view - actually giving you ocean view anyway. Key was the initial doctor’s consultation and daily follow up to direct the individualized treatment. We will come again.

***altheeram most amazing place. First time in Kerala pleasure to be stay in a nice eco-friendly ambience in ***altheeram.Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly ... amazing

Hotel oriented to Ayurveda treatment with Seaview and beach, friendly staff, good service 24/7, delicious vegetarian cuisine, good yoga classes, so you may find all entertainment in one place while you have a treatment. You may visit related hotels next to ***altheeram for swimming pool, food or yoga classes. Daily entertainments like live violin concert, local holiday celebrations, etc. Thank you for all staff, beginning from reception till back office who arranging you stay comfortable.

Stayed for 7 days and had great Ayurveda Treatment. Nice staff with smile in their face always. We recomend this place to everyone. Rooms are very cozy and have a nice view of ocean. Upon arrival we get the Dr Consultation during the consultation Dr suggest your doshas and according to that you can have food from restaurant.
