I had a bad experience with this booking. Firstly, I was informed that the hotel rate suddenly increased due to an error, and I had to top up the balance, which cost RM 360 or 2800 Baht. Trip said they would compensate me with 7000 coins. I then agreed to cancel my parents' room and stick with the other room for myself and my kids. But then, just one day before my travel date, a Trip staff member called me and said the room was fully booked, even though my booking was already paid for and confirmed. I’m so frustrated with both the hotel and Trip’s service. Trip wanted to relocate me to another hotel, which I felt was unfair, especially since I had been dealing with so many issues since I first booked the hotel. I now had to find another hotel for my parents at short notice. Eventually, my booking was canceled, and when Trip couldn’t find a suitable hotel for me, they offered me a stay at the original hotel again. What terrible service from both the hotel and Trip. Even though I had paid for my booking, they still changed the hotel rate and canceled my reservation.
