Ξενοδοχείο σε βολική τοποθεσία και πολύ κοντά στο κάστρο αλλά και στην παλιά πόλη. Βρισκόμασταν σε ένα ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα με ημιώροφο, με ένα πολύ μεγάλο κρεβάτι (για να φτάσετε με τη σκάλα). Τα παντζούρια που κλείνουν την οροφή ήταν μόνο μερικώς κλειστά και ήταν το πρόβλημα να κοιμηθείς το πρωί όταν είχε φως έξω. Ο ρεσεψιονίστ δεν ήξερε ακριβώς πώς να μας βοηθήσει να το λύσουμε αυτό, αν και προσπάθησε, και ήταν πολύ ωραίο. Ένα άλλο πράγμα που ενοχλούσε - δεν υπήρχε καθόλου παράθυρο στην κρεβατοκάμαρα. Το διαμέρισμά μας είχε μια μικρή κουζίνα, που θα ταίριαζε και σε οικογένειες με μικρά παιδιά, αν χρειαστεί να τους ετοιμάσετε φαγητό. Υπάρχουν πολύ κοντά σούπερ μάρκετ (ένα από αυτά μικρότερο, αλλά λειτουργεί 24/7, και δίπλα, στο ίδιο κτίριο). Μπορείτε επίσης να περπατήσετε μέχρι τα κοντινά McDonalds και Starbucks

Stayed at the apartments for 4 nights in April. Lovely front of house staff on arrival and through our stay. We stayed in an apartment which was very smart and clean with all items you would need including toiletries. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was brilliant. It was a 10 minute walk through a lovely park to the main square or 3 pounds in an Uber which are readily available. I would suggest using Uber from and to the airport also as cheaper than arranged transfers. Over had a fab stay in Krakow and would definitely recommend these apartments

First I want to say that there basically is no lobby, no restaurant, and if you happen to take the stairs up or down, it’s pretty dirty in the stairwells. Second, the AC.. not good. We were pretty hot. You can only turn it down so much.
But the biggest issue is that I chose this property, as it fell in the middle of our European trip, so that we could have use of the washer and dryer. The description of the room makes it appear that there is a washer and dryer in every room. Not so. There are two washers on the fifth floor only. They do not have dryers at all. The washers are difficult to operate, if you don’t speak polish.. They also take over an hour to do one load and we waited hours to even have access to it… always a line.

Hanging all over our room. It was crazy.
No tissues in the room…
This is not a 5-star property. I don’t like to give negative reviews, however, this is probably more of a 3 or 4. It’s inexpensive, so that is the saving grace. I’m sorry to say that I would not recommend.

Fantastic hotel and great room, perfect for stay and great location as on 10 minute walk to main square. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Only small complaint is that WIFI wasn’t working in room, but for the amount of time we were in room it was a huge deal but would have been nice as WIFI worked for us at reception. Can’t wait to book again for another fantastic stay at BESTVIEWS.
