The service is very terrible. Arrived on Saturday afternoon around 1pm, but there was only one staff member who even didn’t have right to check the system. She could find my booking, but could not find the key to the room assigned and she could not reassign another room, because people in charge not there and she had no access to system. Asked me to wait, when came back after 6pm, still could not solve it. Came back after 9, changed to another staff who tried to take me to the room with the staff key, there is still guest in that room!!! I was about to find another hotel after a long tired day. The staff assigned me another room that you can open by keys but not cards. Finally I can take a shower and try to sleep, but the drainage of the bathroom was blocked, no water could flow out but went out all the bathroom and bedroom, flooding. When checking out in the morning, no staff there, left the key to a cleaning lady. Terrible experience.
Trip has tried to contact them but could not reach any person in charge. Trip has also trying to delay my complain. Reported last Wednesday and five days later, I still couldn’t have an apology or compensation.
