Ένα υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο, κοντά στην πλατεία της αγοράς της Κρακοβίας. Μετά την ανακαίνιση του ξενοδοχείου, έχουν προστεθεί νέα μέρη. Μυρίζει πολύ φρέσκο. Ο κλιματισμός είναι καλός. Τα μπάνια, οι πετσέτες και τα σεντόνια είναι καθαρά. Υπέροχες επιλογές πρωινού. Ακόμα και να διαλέξετε όλα πριν από τις 10, ακόμη και κέικ καφέ. Δεν υπάρχει χώρος στάθμευσης για το ξενοδοχείο, αλλά είναι εύκολο να βρείτε δωρεάν θέσεις στάθμευσης στις γύρω περιοχές από τις 8 το βράδυ έως τις 10 το βράδυ. Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση. Φιλικός κύριος στη ρεσεψιόν. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε εδώ.

Good location. Excellent service. Nice room. Rich buffet breakfast. Next time in Krakow, definitely Hotel Alexander again!

It was a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Very close to city center, clean room and pretty spacious. I will definitely recommend it

Fantastic location for all your needs in Krakow. After a lengthy delay and a cancelled flight we arrived at the Alexander hotel to a lovely reception. They thanked us for informing them that we'd been delayed, so the hotel upgraded our rooms because the thought we'd been through enough. The location is 5/10 mins walk from the main square. Plenty of shops and bars restaurants on the doorstep. Staff are friendly, accommodating and professional. Rooms are spotless, beds comfy and warm. Breakfast lovely. Highly recommend this hotel. From a bit of a disaterous start to our city break the hotel and staff made us feel a lot happier. Krakow..... You need to visit. Stunning city. Some much to do and see...we will be returning.

An excellent hotel. Clean, inviting, warm. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Room clean to a high standard with a professional attitude from housekeeping staff. TV didn’t work but was there to get head down plus probably wouldn’t understand half of it anyway so not bothered about that. Shower could have had more pressure but it’s a big hotel and it was hot. The hotdog onion mix was nice at breakfast and the spread is excellent but some of it was beyond my taste buds.. a thoroughly enjoyable stay! Would highly recommend and also return one day hopefully.

Could not find a fault with the hotel, stayed for five nights and all amenities were top class. Room was spotless (as was the hotel itself), the staff across the board from cleaners to breakfast staff were always busy and doing a 100% job. Location wise, you couldn't be better placed. Everything you need to see and do is at stones throw away (there is also a small Tesco style shop just around the corner) along with a variety of restaurants and bars. I personally would like to say a big thank you to Nikoden / Amadeusz (I hope I spelt that correctly) at reception. They were fantastic at their job and truly show how friendly and pleasant the people of Krakow are. Thanks guys, you were the icing on the cake. Loved the city, loved the hotel, loved the people. Don't think about staying, do it! You won't be disappointed with a thing.

Hotel in general is in such a good location, literally a 5 minute walk from the main square, Staff where friendly and the rooms where cleaned every day. my only criticism would be the bed itself we booked a deluxe double room and the bed was two singles pushed together with the biggest gap in-between. me and my partner kept falling down the middle due to the gap being so big. saying this we did request two more pillows from reception and received them on the same day :) breakfast wasn't really for us but that was just our taste - they did have lovely fruit though! all in all very nice hotel friendly staff and a lovely location to stay for a city break i would stay again as long as the bed was a double!

When we checked in we were pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded. Our booking provider had booked a twin room despite telling us we had a double - not the hotel's fault. We were able to push the beds together. The room was very comfortable. All the staff we came across were lovely and welcoming. Whilst breakfast is included, as someone with a dairy allergy there wasn't much choice. You could ask the waitresses for oat milk but they didn't have much knowledge about what was in certain products like the cereals for example. The hotel is in a good location. About 5 mins from the old town and there are lots of lovely bars, restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

This hotel did not disappoint. when we arrived our room got upgraded to a premium as a gesture of good will, which we were really happy and excited about. The staff at the front desk are lovely and gave us suggestions on places to go to in Krakow, we then told the receptionist that we were going to Auschwitz in which she offered us a packed lunch to be made for me and my partner! The beds are massive and so comfy. i had a great sleep at this hotel and we will definitely be returning!
