Another amazing stay at the Benefis Hotel, our third this year! Large, quiet, comfortable room with quality toiletries and a comfortable bed with quality bed linen. Breakfast is excellent and will set you up for a day out exploring the sights of the city. Staff is attentive and helpful with nothing being too much trouble. You would have to be very demanding not to like this small but perfectly formed hotel.
As a bonus, there is a great little ice cream shop across the road from the hotel!

Taki właśnie powinien być każdy hotel. Przyjazny od progu, z miłą i pomocną obsługą, z dbałością o gościa w każdym szczególe. Przestronny pokój, szerokie wygodne łóżko, piękny widok na Dębniki. Super skomunikowany z miastem. Pyszne śniadanka.

Nice hotel situated just off the tourist route of Krakow. It’s around a 20 minute walk to sight seeing area or there is a tram located nearby. Huge rooms, more like an apartment. Very clean interior complete with tv, tea and coffee making facilities and wash kit. The bathroom was huge but upon entering our room there was a very strong sulphur smell from the bathroom which is really off putting. We were only staying one night so didn’t complain to the staff. Breakfast was just average but enough to keep us filled for the morning.

Pretty nice centrally located hotel. Buses and loads of shops restuarants nearby. The walk of cruise along river vistual is also near. I am not a fussy traveler but a few things put me off, otherwise I would have given it five stars. There were stains on bedsheets and towels. The wifi was very sktechy. The breakfast wws average. If they fix the above issuew it is perfect place to stay.

Pleasant 5 night stay. Well located if you enjoy walking, situated on the river 18 minutes walk to Main Square. Slept really well, no noise and comfortable room/studio. Breakfast perfectly adequate, hot food in bain-marie so fried eggs dry out. That's the only negative.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights . This small hotel is a fantastic place to stay. We had room 32 which was massive by UK standards. King sized bed, sofa,giant TV and a balcony overlooking the castle. Bathroom was fab as well. Very clean with friendly helpful staff. Great location 10 minutes walk from the square. Highly recommended. Hope to return soon.

Personale cordiale, efficiente e comprensivo. Hotel pulito, ordinato e accogliente. Colazione dolce e salata con macchina delle bevande calde (caffè buonissimo come in Italia). La prima mattina non abbiamo fatto colazione ma ci hanno preparato la colazione d'asporto con 2 panini, 1 mela, 1 barretta energetica, 1 succo in brick e 1 bottiglietta d'acqua. Ci hanno aiutato tantissimo con i mezzi di trasporto e la mappa. COMPLIMENTI!

Meine Familie und ich waren für zwei Nächte im Hotel Benefis und wir sind super zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist sehr korrekt und freundlich. Unsere Zimmer waren riesig und alles sauber und gemütlich. Die einzigen kleinen Fehler an unserem Zimmer 23 waren die TV Kanäle die nicht funktioniert haben, das Babybett das erst einen Tag später kam, die Tür der Dusche und der etwas dreckige Filter im Bad. Aber wie gesagt. Dies sind kleine Fehler und sicher leicht zu beheben. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
