Kamers wat gehorig, wel goede bedden. Ontbijt is prima maar niet meer dan dat. Vriendelijke en behulpzaam personeel.

Very nice clean hotel in a very good location. The staff were helpful and pleasant. This hotel is just a 3-5 minute walk from a bustling area full of restaurants and a few bars in the Jewish quarter. Very picturesque and like being in the scene of a war film in a good way. Our room was at the back of the hotel. The view from the window wasn't the best and there was a little droning noise at night, possibly the air conditioning units. The bed was two singles pushed together with two quilts. This is the reason I didn't give it a 5. Breakfast was a nice continental. Also for breakfast there was a hot option but that wasn't great. Polish sausage and vegetables, beans or scrambled egg. Maybe if we got up early it would have been better but we were heading to breakfast at about 10 am. It had been served since 7 am so we can't be too critical about that. If we go back to Krakow we would definitely look to return to this hotel. The square in which it is located is steeped in interesting history. I would recommend going on one of the free guided walks and avoid the golf cart tour which is well overpriced and the guides not as knowledgeable as the walking tour guides.

Perfect stay at this Hotel. Staff were so friendly and really helpful from Reception to breakfast waitress. Food was excellent. Location so convenient. Rooms clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Beautiful hotel in a picturesque square. Centrally located, but in a quiet area in the Jewish Quarter. Couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

Despite the mixed reviews we booked for a 4 night break and the hotel was great. Friendly/helpful staff, good location and very clean and quiet at night. Located in a square with bars and restaurants and within a 30min stroll of the main square.

Fantastic stay at Hotel Ester. Room facilities were great, they have a lift which came in handy after walking 20000+ steps and being on the 3rd floor. 20mins to the old town square and lots of restaurants close by. It’s in the heart of the Jewish quarter so lovely atmosphere in the evenings. There are buggies out front where you can tour the city and a small corner shop opposite (and gelato) We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but behind the hotel is a bagel cafe where we had lovely bacon bagels! Highly recommend, the location was great for us and surrounded by a lot of history!

Really friendly staff, we arrived before check in but the reception made a call and we just had to wait about 15 mins then our room was ready. We had a triple room which was clean and plenty of space for 3 adults, the shower was great. Breakfast was nice, we also ate dinner in the restaurant one evening and the food and service were great. The location is really good about a 20 min walk into the old town, but there are plenty of things to see and bars and restaurants right in the area. Just walk about and explore.

We stayed in this small, friendly hotel for three nights in December. It was clean and our room was quiet. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and their English is perfect, which is just as well as our Polish is non existent. The hotel was near to the main attractions so we could walk to everything we wanted to see. We can thoroughly recommend the Hotel Ester.

Great location in Jewish part of Krakow close to loads of WW2 locations Schindler’s Factory the Vistula River trips There are city tours arranged by hotel on Golf Buggies to places of interest The room we had a street view Breakfast was self service due small breakfast area and lounge area Lots of history in the location for WW2 buffs
