Great hotel! Rooms and common areas super clean. Breakfast - just delicious! But the best part was the service, especially Alex at the reception - super friendly and helpful. The whole team made the stay really enjoyable. Highly recommend! Also, it's a great choice for a trip to Krakow with convenient access to different parts of the city. I even booked a room massage through the reception, as recommended by Alex, and it was a fantastic option for a relaxing afternoon without leaving the hotel room.

I had a wonderful stay at Livinn hotel in Krakow. The diverse delicious breakfest options made my mornings enjoyable. The hotel itself is very atmospheric and clean, creating a pleasent overall experience. I would like to express my gratitude to Mateusz for his assistance in recommending great places to visit in Krakow. His suggestions added a lot to enjoyment of my trip. Very pleasant stay ! The location is great (15´ walk to the main square, lot of public transport around). The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing !! Special thanks to all the staff and Rosalia. They were very nice ! I recommend this place 100%!

Very pleasant stay with really comfortable beds. The reception were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Found the room had all I needed with an en-suite shower, flat screen tv and fridge. Would highly recommend a stay as it is in a quiet neighbourhood yet easily walkable to the centre in 20 minutes or just take an Uber. All in all, I think you would struggle to find a better hotel at the price.

I had to spend a night here on a visit to The Ukraine.I arrived quite late and with the help of Aleksandra I had a perfect room and breakfast. Aleksandra went the extra mile to help as I had a limited budget but after a couple of phone calls she helped me with a room. It would have been so easy for her to say "sorry I cannot help you' but she was a superstar! Very clean, well appointed apartment with a lovely breakfast. Than you Aleksandra and your colleagues.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The room was clean and decor was amazing. Beds comfortable and well presented. The staff were accommodating and so helpful and very friendly. We had a great time and breakfast was great. The whole hotel was clean and fresh. Defently will stay again. We 100% recommend this hotel. Plus a big thankyou to Aggie as she went beyond and above to make our stay special ❤️
