Excellent location and spacious apar**ent. Right in the thick of old town and the Chris**as markets and square. Only thing to be aware of is that short walk into apar**ent as no car access and no elevator so a little cardio work out with the suitcases to third floor. But well worth it.

Location was superb
Clean area
Cons:
No lift (but property is historical so it’s the way it is)
No breakfast (again, it’s airBnB style)
No change of towels etc (again, it’s airBnB style)

Such an incredible place to stay. The amenities were wonderful, with a huge amount of space and great kitchenette.
It was stunning how busy the street below is during busy periods and how you cannot hear a thing in this apar**ent. We spent hours sitting and watching the horses walking past outside on the windowsill.
The location is great, and the staff were great. We also strongly recommend the Karamello chocolatier at the bottom of the street, the hot chocolates are to die for! We will be back!!!

Awesome location, very clean and spacious. We were in the 2 bedroom facing the street on the 3rd floor and the market square was right in our view. I don't understand the reviews about the noise, the windows shut it out.
The lack of a lift got pretty old but it was described on the website so we kind of expected it.

Lived up to the reviews.
Brilliant location, main square on your doorstep with lots of restaurants and bars and just a short walk to the river and castle areas.
Apar**ent was beautifully clean and well stocked. Seevice was excellent, easy to leave our luggage behind reception as we arrived before check in was available

This is a unique property in what was originally a 14th-15th C. building. Jon(?) & Carolina, the part-time property caretakers (no one is there full time; they are always reachable by phone/text) were unusually kind and friendly, and were consistently helpful whenever we (or others) had any questions or concerns. Full marks for helpfulness.
Location is great; just off the Krakow Main Squre, in the heart of the Old Town. All the top spots other than Schindler's Factory were in very easy walking distance.
Lovely big apar**ent, on the third floor of an old house with great wooden stairs, but no elevator.

Exactly as advertised, fabulous location . Apar**ent was clean and well equipped. Minutes from Market square.
Karolina was lovely and extremely helpful.
