Very fast and easy check in and check out. Got a KLCC and KL Tower view luckily. So my family sleep with a nice view with open curtain 😁 .not to forget a nice Level 37 to take a picture at sky bridge and sky deck

I have decided to extend my stay at this hotel due to its convenient location. The room is decent and still feels brand new, though the carpet seems to have accumulated dust as it was not vacuumed properly. However, you can call to request a thorough cleaning. If you are driving, you may park with ease as the parking space is wide and easily accessible, although there is a daily charge of RM10. We just parked our car and most of the time we walked.
Reception is available 24/7, throughout my stay, I did not encounter any unfriendly receptionists but if you feel they are not welcoming, try to be courteous before proceeding with your request. 🙏🏼
Upon reaching the elevator, we were lucky to find a short wait time. However, if a large group checks in, the wait time may increase.
Me and my daughter, we had a pleasant stay.

Overall experience is good and strategic location. However the sound insulation is not good and can be improved.

Was a great place to stay after arriving in KL. Beautiful pool, rooms were nice. Good view of landmarks from the hotel

Excellent spot and ease of access to metro or restaurants or malls.
Staff are very friendly and accept your request, I wanted to change my room and they obliged.
The roof top view is amazing 360°, and they have an infinity pool.
Will definitely recommend this place for anyone looking in Bukit Bintang

The hotel swimming pool is small and packed with people. The twins bed is 1M in width. The hotel does not offer breakfast service.

Sleeping lion suite really give me a very comfortable staycation for 2 days 1 night.. The superior king room is clean and the environment is super best.. I will stay again if I visit kl bukit bintang area. Nice will looking out from 28 floor 👍👍

A great hotel at a superb location. Checkin by taking a queue number, so there is no need to stand and queue and wait. One draw back is the google tv in the room cannot be connected via the free wifi available in the room . Why have a google tv installed?

Room was clean and new , especially bathroom beautifully design and decorated . However service can be improve checking out was too slow . Overall a perfect stay in a prima location . 7-11 convenient store is just a right at the corner outside hotels .
