The view from 10 floor was not very good, because a building is being built opposite. The room is very big and clean, breakfast 8 of 10. There was no robe in the room.

The Room was good, and the pool was unforgettable. The view was not the best possible from the room, but the location is perfect. As I live in China they sent me all the details in Chinese language, but some people who live in China speak - English. They should send the info in English too.

It is very close to shopping center, Twin tower and KL tower. Housekeeping and reception are kind. The room is very clean, big, and the view is amazing. You can see the entire city from the pool on the 51st floor of the hotel.

Room was spacious, only complaint would be that aircon is not cold enough and the wait for the elevator might be long during peak timing. Other than that, all is good.

The apartment is at level 10 of the building - nice view. location is about 10-15mins walking to KLCC. The swimming is nice. At first was slight confused of the lobby but the instruction by host was good.

The best of this hotel is the rooftop pool at 51 floor. Open from 10:00AM to 10:00PM. Honestly one of the best I’ve ever seen

Nice View, checked in process very smooth, just that when reach hotel a bit confusing as too many management and hotel reception there. Host respond very quick as well.
