So far is clean and location near Bukit Bintang is best, but the traffic have bit jam, and residence floor not too clean oily.

Our recent stay at Ress the Axon Residence Hotel was fantastic! The location is absolutely prime, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment itself was spotless, well-lit, and the AC kept us comfortably cool throughout our stay. While traffic in the area can be a minor inconvenience, it's expected given the central location. We found that planning our transportation in advance and potentially using alternative ride-sharing services helped mitigate this issue. The standout feature of our stay was the exceptional service provided by our leasing agent, Rakib from Kimiro. He was incredibly responsive and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. His timely assistance was invaluable. booked for my friends, sebab saya stay hotel sebelah axon ni. bilik ok cantik, view cantik. cuma takperasan iron takda sekali. process check in mcm biasa kena ctc host dulu for details, takberapa faham cakap dengan staff dia sebab bukan orang malaysia rasanya. but approved semuanya, kurang dekat iron je yang takda and also tak provide parking so kena park bangunan sebelah. yang lain ok nice!! ＞＞ gambar view dari bilik

This is an apartment complex turned into hotel rooms and managed by a company. It's not a typical hotel. I booked a single room with a double bed. The turns out one half of a dual-key apartment. So I entered one door and then entered another door to my room. The entry is managed by two key cards. Location - it's between Jalan Imbi and Jalan Bukit Bintang. Both roads are very busy almost all times of the day and night. Good to walk where you need to go. Pavilion Mall and TRX Malls are about 10mins walk in opposite directions. There's of course lots of local food around. The train stations are not close by, at least 20mins walk away. The view from my room faced TRX mall. Pretty but also very bright at night (Prudential building especially). Cleanliness - Room and bathroom were clean when i checked in. You're supposed to request for someone to come clean your room if you need to, otherwise no one will come bother you. Service - not much to speak of. When you arrive you need to send a Whatsapp message and a member of the company staff will come meet you to give you the keys and explain things. No breakfast. Facilities - the Axon shares facilities with the adjoining hotel next door, The Sleeping Lion. I went to use their roof top pool (great views) but it's also very chlorinated to the point of people coughing. Wear goggles to swim else you might go blind. Many people don't swim and just hang out to take pictures. There is a gym and sauna too. Issues - 1) the lifts can be slow to accommodate guests in the 400 plus rooms, especially in the morning and check out times. 2) my neighbouring unit smoked and the smell got into my room. I made sure to complain because smoking isn't allowed. 3) I didn't read the fine print that a RM200 deposit is required in cash. 4) I couldn't work the Android TV. 5) Wifi is kinda slow and unsecured.

We are so happy spent our nights in axon by kimiro. The staffs are very responsive and helpful. The check-in process was easy, no hassle. We got 2 rooms and both were clean, convenience, modern like 5 stars hotel bonuses with kitchen and wash&dry machine. The location is superb, very very strategic, in the middle of bukit bintang that give you access to all shopping center around there (fahrenheit, pavillion, sungai wang, berjaya times square, lot 1) and tunnel to KLCC twin towers. Its all can be reached by walk.

The person who help us check in and out is really friendly and efficient. The room is sufficient for a night stay. It has great view too. Overall, it's a satisfactory experience.
