Overall, the service is good.
Facilities (pool) has a great view and the best thing about the hotel is the Family Suite room which can accommodate my family of six 👍🏽

Thisnis not really a hotel but suits as I understand. The location is great. It is in the city center very close to the street where party never ends. The service is not on the top. Staff is helpful but not very professional. The amenities are a bit old and may benefits from maintaining. Always need to find some stuff membes for the towels for swimming pool. The breakfast is Malay style mostly. The value is good for those who would like to stay in the center of KL party, however there are other good hotels you may consider of this exact location does not really matter.

Always a joy to stay in their rooms. Clean, well furnished with ample space to lounge on the sofa and dining space. Comes with a small kitchenette to prepare very simple meals. Everything works!
Convenient location to BB, Jalan Alor, Pavilion and monorail station.

Nice hotel. Breakfast was good. Location is perfect. They printed our boarding passes for free.

Booked a staycation for Chris**as Eve and had an amazing time here. Just walking distance to The Curve and IPC. We even had the Chris**as Eve buffet dinner. Overall a good stay. My daughter loved it.

3rd time staying in Ramada after South Korea. And because of its location and cleanliness we extended the room for 2 more days.
Location is very near to Bukit Bintang which is a tourist's hub. Shopping and eateries are at a walking distance. I wish the room was more nicely clean and hotel management will do more about it. Staff is good.
Overall it was a very very pleasant stay. There is one Indian restaurant just downstairs (outside the hotel at 10metres) from where you can order your food even at 12midnight.

Despite the last minute book, we were extremely happy and satisfied with the room
Huge and spacious.
Bed is comfortable and the most important thing is the LOCATION.
Walking distance to pavilion and bukit bintang shopping district.
Near to shops, cafes and famous food eatery.
And after a long walk, u can just go for a foot massage
Definitely will choose Ramada again if given the opportunity.
