I think the admin should be fired! Okay, the room is cheap so we dont have THAT much expectations. The size same as advertised. I dont mind small matter but I cant hold myself to this one. The room was smelly (please put or spray deodorizer), the floor was oily (serious guys you need to wear slipper), they gave us television that cannot function at all (already contact the admin but no reply, suddenly room service knock our door, we thaught a robber because no reply from admin, they knock few times, my husband was brave enought to open the door that doesnt have door chain or something, room service with smelly body odour which gave us more headache just to say "ohhhhh, the tv not function" and get their asses out with their smelly armpit smell left behind, still no reply from admin, no updates, admin maybe die that day and continue our stay intimately thank you because no tv to entertain us, NO ONE DEAD BECAUSE NO TV BUT THE TV WITH THE CABINET HOLDING IT JUST ADDING UNWANTED SPACE THERE, BETTER THROW AWAY MAKING THE ROOM MORE SPACE!) We had flights to catch on, already contact admin for early check out. Gave the access card to security and gave prove to admin for check out (our own initiatives because admin sooooo quite). Admin only reply noted. Need to ask again regarding returning deposit, and admin was quite untill we check by ourself the deposit was returned. No thank you or anything from admin. So I write my THANK YOU BUT NO THANKS here instead. Please fired your admin or else just shut down your whole bussiness.

There is no room service . Room size is very small . No room cleaning . Swimming pool , gim , roof top are good

This time i booked 2 bedroom unit. The unit very clean and they provided water bottle. There is air conditioning in every room and living area. Car park also provided check in and check out smooth

Friendly staff, great location and comfortable room. Nice view from the room.

The unit is small. Its very hard to walk in the room. Praying also need to be in the living room. Not complaining but grateful. Because the location is very near to mall, have mamak & arab shop below. No need to go out for dinner. Have netflix so kids is occupied. They even upgrade the room for free from queen/double decker to 2queen bed since i have kids. Thank you No photo taken only video but cannot upload video 😅

Location near to gleneagles hospital walkable to lrt jelatek station about 15minutes. And it seems that this property very famous with tourist maybe because of the cheap price i assume.Im booking the smallest units t there and its really small i mean really small event other budget hotel brand rooms are bigger then this even japan hotel are bigger then this room🤣 justify with the photo im attached btw its 0.5 pic

nice cozy superb clean

The room was clean. But the staff including the guards are being rude to customers. Full of foreigners. The location is not near the city centre.
