Vortex Suites KLCC By BlackNest

Great location, very close to KLCC, with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, the unit was extremely run down and both showers did not work well. It was quite disappointing, especially given the location. Unless there is a major renovation and refurbishment, I would not stay here again.

The major advantage of this apartment is the good value for money, given its location. The apartment seems to be a bit aged without good maintenance in the interior. Some sockets are loosened, and there are stains in some places. We went out most of the day, so these did not bother us too much. Function-wise, everything works ok. The staff is friendly and helpful and responds quickly to our requests. There is a 7-11 right at the entrance of the building, so getting something to eat and drink is not a problem. The apartment is about 5 minutes' walk to the Suria KLCC mall (The twin tower), which is very convenient. You may also take the monorail with two stops to Bukit Bintang (or walk for 15 minutes), which has the Pavilion Mall and the busy nightlife.

thank you mr alam for the very nice & superb service. check in and check out goes smoothly .. wegot room at 33th level with the view of kl tower & pnb 118tower..marvellous😍😍

location is very good. And the service from Riyaz is perfect. The room is big and clean, the view is nice.

The hospitality is very good, attending staffs Alam and Riyaz very accommodating 24/7. The location is good in the middle of city. Accept for the parking and swimming pool that need to be paid separately because it is manage by another entity, everything is over the top. My family and I enjoyed staying there

Good view of KL city. Price is affordable. Unit is clean and comfortable. Costumer Service also very excellent. Walking distance to every iconic places in KL and near to public transport station.

Enjoy all the facilities within it. All are in good condition.

Had a wonderful stay here! The service was excellent, and they even helped me with an early check-in, which I truly appreciated. A special thanks to ALAM, who was extremely kind, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout my stay. The room service was also very good and prompt. The view from the 46th floor was absolutely amazing and made the experience even more special I would definitely recommend both this place and ALAM for the amazing hospitality. Looking forward to coming back and staying here again!

Check-in was smooth and easy. Contact person was alam who was really helpful. Msg him when we arrived and he was with us within minutes. Guided us to the room and it was clean and sleek. Would be back if I'm in KL again. Food easily found within walking distance, including suria KLCC twin tower.
