Our home away from home whenever we're in Kuala Lumpur. It never disappoints us. The breakfast is also worth a 5* We even found a delicious chocolate cake in our room because we had mentioned at check in that we were celebrating our anniversary 🥂.

The location was perfect, situated in the heart of the city, providing easy access to major attractions and business centers. Great for its location. Staff service was excellent. Was given free upgrade and late check out. Breakfast was just so so, not much of a variety. Disappointed not a slice cake was given on my birthday.

Well located at heart of Bukit Bintang. Pavillion mall is right across the streets. Walking distance to Jalan Petaling food street. The is a 7 Eleven around the corner.
Staff is polite and special mention to Front desk staff Rebecca for accomodating our early check in request.
Breakfast spread is awesome and the dining area is huge. no worries on the Q in the morning

Easily the best hotel in KL, great location surrounded by malls. Hours for pool and sauna can be better, other than that can’t find anything to complain about.
